I do wonder what line will be set in Miami for tomorrow's game.
Wizards best in the league at covering road lines, while Heat carry three losses in a row, but play B2B off OT.

I can't even decide what should be the line.

I think that -9.5 would be a line that will make it hard to bet on either side...

Several possible bets with the Bobcats first quarter
Over and Bobcats. Need to think more about the fatigue factor with both teams.
Pretty much have to play the Bobcats even though Denver has been stepping up big in the first quarter. Bobcats have cashed 11 in a row at home in the first quarter. Last loss was vs Milwaukee.

Milwaukee -

8-0
to Over L8
15-3 to Over L18
8-2 to Over L10 at home.

Orlando has that road Under trend, but the last 2 meetings between these 2 have produced 215 and 204 pt totals (latter @Mil, opened 192.5). Only Orlando's 3rd game in 8 days, Milk playing their 3rd of a 4-in-5.

NYK line is a joke. They shouldn't be laying more than 10 pts. They are not pacers, clipps, spurs, OKC, MIA, etc... Inflated spread here.
PHI is due for a cover here.
Play On - Underdogs vs. the 1rst half line (PHILADELPHIA) cold team - failing to cover the spread in 12 or more of the last 15, well rested team - playing 6 or less games in 14 days
67-31 since 1997. ( 68.4% | 32.9 units )
6-1 this year. ( 85.7% | 4.9 units )

MIA is 23-1 SU when revenging a season loss vs opponent. Might take MIA-CHA SU in a parlay or CHA-2 first quarter, but don't like laying 2 pts whereas spread is 5 pts. seems books have noticed the 1st quarter trend of charlotte

Play against a dog winner SU if they play the next night on the road and there a dog again Play Nets over Toronto

Do not understand that. Toronto has a large rest edge in that game

Suns this season have lost,w,w,w ATS on Monday away
Clippers w, l , l ,w, l, w but of course that does not factor in the b-b factor helping them

This is sad.
Philadelphia away last 10

Team total is 99.5. Seems like under might be a good bet.
Last 10 at home under was 5-5
As a 8 plus favorite over time under was 13-7
Refs seem under
Will probably make this bet but still need to think more
Tyson may be out but my impression is Knicks have been playing fairly good defense.

tyson is out

[h=2]76ERS at KNICKS, 7:30 P.M. ET[/h] March 10, 2014 · 6:01PM
TV: League Pass

  • Tyson Chandler is out for personal reasons and it’s unclear when he will return. “He’s fine, it’s personal matters and we’ve gotta deal with that,” Knicks coach Mike Woodson said. Asked how long he might be out, Woodson said, “I have no idea.”
  • Woodson addressed the Phil Jackson-to-the-Knicks rumors. “I just gotta stay the course and stay focused,” he said. “It’s out there, it’s what it is, but my focus is really on our team and getting ready for this Sixer team tonight.”
  • The Sixers (15-47) will try to snap a 16-game losing streak, yet still have only the second-worst record in the NBA behind the Milwaukee Bucks. The Sixers haven’t dropped 16 in a row since a 20-game skid during the dubious 9-73 season in 1972-73.
  • The Knicks have won three in a row after a seven-game losing streak and enter tonight 3 1/2 games back of Atlanta for the No. 8 seed in the East. Atlanta has played three fewer games than the Knicks. If the Knicks win tonight and Atlanta loses, New York will be only 2 1/2 games back. “Every game going forward is so important to our ball club, we dug such a major hole at the start of the season and now here we’re sitting with 18 games left and still with an opportunity… We just gotta take it a game at a time,” Woodson said.
  • The Knicks are expected to start Raymond Felton, J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert Carmelo Anthony and Amar’e Stoudemire. Andrea Bargnani (left elbow ligament tear) and Kenyon Martin (left ankle soreness) remain out. “They’re still working to get back on the floor and in uniform and when that’s gonna be, I have no answer for you right now…” Woodson said when asked how long they might be out.
  • The Knicks signed Shannon Brown and Earl Clark to second 10-day contracts.

[h=2]RAPTORS AT NETS, 7:30 P.M. ET[/h] March 10, 2014 · 6:23PM
TV: League Pass

  • Kevin Garnett will return after a five-game absence due to back spasms while Paul Pierce will return to the Nets’ lineup after missing most of Sunday’s game with a sore shoulder. Andrei Kirilenko (sprained right ankle) will not play. Other than a loss in January to the Raptors, the Nets with Kirilenko are 14-0 when playing at Barclays Center.
  • Raptors coach Dwane Casey said that Tyler Hansbrough, Steve Novak and Chuck Hayes would fill in by committee with Patrick Patterson (right ulnar collateral strain) out. Casey noted that who played would be dictated by matchups.
  • The Nets will play the Raptors for the third time on the second night of a back-to-back. The Nets, often without Kevin Garnett, have struggled on the second night of back-to-backs this season. Another win will put the Raptors five games ahead of the Nets in the Atlantic Division and give them the season series tiebreaker, pushing Toronto that much closer to their first division title since 2007.
  • The Nets became the first team in NBA history yesterday to win with a rebounding disparity of at least -26 while grabbing only one offensive rebound.
  • In three games against the Raptors this season, Andray Blatche is averaging 16.7 ppg on 65 percent shooting just over 20 minutes per game. With Kirilenko out, Blatche figures to play more.

[h=2]NUGGETS AT BOBCATS, 7 P.M. ET[/h] March 10, 2014 · 6:16PM
TV: League Pass

  • The Charlotte Bobcats – now 29-34 – have exceeded their win total from the past two seasons combined, and appear to be on their way to their first NBA Playoffs berth since 2010. The Bobcats currently hold the Eastern Conference’s No. 7 seed by two games over the Atlanta Hawks with 19 games remaining, and have won six consecutive home games entering tonight’s matchup against the Denver Nuggets.
  • On the other hand, the Nuggets are close to being out of playoff contention. At 27-35 with 20 games remaining, they’re nine games behind the Memphis Grizzlies and Phoenix Suns, who are battling for the Western Conference’s No. 8 seed. The Nuggets haven’t helped themselves with their play over the last month – since Feb. 5, when they were 24-23, Denver has gone 3-12 overall and 1-7 in road games.
  • Both teams are coming off road losses – the Bobcats to the Grizzlies 111-89 on Saturday, the Nuggets to the New Orleanse Pelicans 111-107 on Sunday. This will be the 11[SUP]th[/SUP] back-to-back series Denver has faced this season, and are 8-12 over the previous 10 back-to-backs. “We talked about this last night,” Nuggets head coach Brian Shaw said. “About putting that game in the rear-view mirror, about learning from our mistakes we made – the fouls, the offensive rebounds we gave away, the turnovers that we made.”
  • Bobcats G Gerald Henderson will miss his fifth consecutive game due to a right calf strain, but Charlotte head coach Steve Clifford said during his pregame interview that Henderson may resume practicing Tuesday, and could be in the lineup for the Bobcats’ road game against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday. “Hopefully, he’ll be able to practice,” Clifford said. “If he can practice and get through it, then it’ll be ‘How does he feel?’ during the shootaround at Washington. If he feels better, then hopefully he can play Wednesday night.” Against the Pelicans, Denver was whistled for 30 fouls, turned the ball over 27 times and allowed 18 offensive rebounds.
  • In Henderson’s absence, 6-foot-7 G/F Chris Douglas-Roberts has proved to be an more-than-adequate fill-in. Douglas-Roberts, a fourth-year pro signed in early December, has scored in double figures in each of the last four games, after scoring in double figures just four times in his previous 26 appearances.
  • The Nuggets have undergone some lineup changes of their own, with 7-1 C Timofey Mozgov starting his eighth consecutive game tonight and former starter J.J. Hickson coming off the bench. Mozgov has averaged 8.5 points and 5.9 rebounds this season, while Hickson – who played college ball at N.C. State, less than a three-hour drive from Charlotte – is averaging 11.5 points and 9.2 rebounds.
  • The last time the Bobcats and Nuggets faced each other, on Jan. 29 in Denver, Charlotte C Al Jefferson erupted for a season-high 39 points and 11 rebounds in a 101-98 Bobcats victory. But tonight’s matchup will see different lineups for both teams. In addition to Mozgov, the Nuggets will have PG Ty Lawson while Charlotte will have PG Kemba Walker. Both point guards missed the last meeting because of injuries.
  • Injuries have been a problem for the Nuggets, with three key players – G Nate Robinson (ACL sprain), F Danilo Gallinari (ACL tear in his left knee) and 7-0 C JaVale McGee (stress fracture in his left tibia) – all out for the season.

nets are calling this the most important game of the year because it basically counts as two games...

the nets are looking to avenge the game that the raptors stole from them....

[/h] Going ahead and posting this one for tomorrow night guys. Hopefully we can get another winner
grrr.gif

Basically we are playing a favored team (above .600) to bounce back after losing their last two as favorites with at least 1 day rest against an opponent that has won their last two games and in a possible letdown scenario. Play tomorrow night is OKC -4!
