Please explain how you think that may be ironic

she sets up a white man by releasing his private feelings of black people, yet she was conceived by a rape of her Mexican mom by a black man is pretty ironic to me. You would think her sympathies would lie elsewhere. She is clearly an insane slut.

NY Post drops a hammer in the first sentence of this piece about Sterling having cancer

http://nypost.com/2014/05/01/disgraced-clippers-owner-donald-sterling-is-battling-cancer/

This could wind up being a pretty short ban.Disgraced racist Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is battling cancer — surprising those around him by beating the final buzzer for as long as he has, sources told The Post on Thursday.
“They thought he would die two years ago,” one source said of Sterling, who on Tuesday was banned for life from the NBA for his now-infamous recorded racist rant.
“People have been predicting his imminent demise. I’m sure he has the best . . . drugs money can buy,” said the source, who works closely with pro sports teams. “He can do anything to keep himself alive.”
The source said some of the medication Sterling has been taking is responsible for the puffy appearance of his face.
Another source said Sterling, 80, was specifically suffering from prostate cancer.

Lol that's a big ass leap. Clearly you don't see race though

Next time I have any questions as to where someone's loyalties should lie based on a fucked up history of conception Ill just send you a private message. But while we are at it what are your thoughts on Strom Thurmond and Tommy Jefferson?

I don't see what is so complicated. Not sure what Jefferson or Thurmond has to do with it. Wait I do. To a liberal, everything is morally equivalent. It really is fascinating. This whole thread is about race, yet it's not relevant her mom was raped by a black guy. It would seem to me to be a big element of who she is, unless one chooses not to acknowledge its relevance because it confuses their bias.

Not a liberal. You're correct in that this thread is about a racist. You're also the one making the thread about his mistress' father.

Please persuade me as to how the race of her father should make a difference.

She felt it was relevant enough to tell the ny post about it. I didn't make it up out of thin air. You appear to be a liberal from my impressions, which is cool, as I appear to be a republican, which I'm not, but this piece of her history is relevant to her position in life and her actions in this case IMO

It's not the race of her father. It's the fact that she was conceived by a rape by a black man. It wasn't some great romance. It was a violent, sexual act.

Then, you have to think about this too...

Court papers show Stiviano legally changed her name in 2010 from Maria Vanessa Perez, citing as her reason: “Born from a rape case and haven’t yet been fully accepted because of my race.”

So, was this move an effort to gain acceptance?

I love that people are instantly categorized as liberal or conservative in this country, you can blame the media for that. And I'm typically ok with the media, but it's come to that.

Not are you a good guy or a bad guy, but are you liberal or conservative? Of course that's the million dollar question.

And what should the fact that her mother is a rape victim change with regards to the Sterling situation?

Also I never stated that you appear to be anything. I have had 10 seconds worth of Internet conversation with you. I am however entertained that you are able to confidently peg me as a liberal from our short lived Internet relationship.

Yes

I think it's relevant 100 different ways. Let's start by the fact that sterling used some words, not even the harsh ones. Yet he is evil. Her mom was raped by a black guy and it's not relevant.

Dwight, you have posted 43,000 times, lots of them are in these types of discussions. I formed an opinion that is all.

I am glad that you have read a lot of my posts. I appreciate your attention. I regret never noticing you before the last 2-3 evenings but I look forward to reading your posts in the future. Also welcome to the site. Though you are fairly new we certainly are appreciative of your contributions.

Now shrute is just talking nonsense. If you are a moderator and you just noticed me 2 or 3 nights ago you are full of it. I've been on the site for three years and we have had many discussions. Your lucky this isn't under oath or you would have just perjured yourself. I don't think I have read all of your posts but enough. However, I have a more fuller opinion now. Go make nice with someone.

I really couldn't agree more, Johnny. First off, its certainly relevant. It can be relevant in many ways as far as trying to break down her psyche, etc.

And again, was she trying to gain acceptance and saw this as the best way she could ever possibly gain acceptance (because in hindsight, if I was her, I sure as hell would).

Beyond the whore, if you were commissioner, would you have handled this differently? I'm a bit confused as to what the alternative was from a business perspective.

We probably have. Sorry if I have offended you in the past or present. Thanks for staying around. GL on any plays you make Johnny

I will say that from a personal entertainment standpoint I look forward to a 2-3 yearlong lawsuit

Yeah that's why I think it's stupid if the owners vote him out but they pretty much have to at this point I guess. Just not a wise move in the grand scheme of things.

Back to this post...

I don't know if anybody here is saying it certainly makes a difference. But, on the same token, I don't know how anyone can say that it certainly does NOT make a difference.

Either way, it does make for interesting discussion, opinions, speculation.

Yup. You know his attorneys are gonna make it miserable for everyone. I think the majority of people involved here are likely pieces of shit and a long lawsuit is going to simply further expose Donny Sterls and lots of other folks.

Every owner gonna hold their nose, close their eyes and vote yes.

That's after doing about 72 hours of cleaning house on any database they have at home, office, etc

No doubt what Sterling did was wrong and there's no room for that in the NBA.

But this bitch is as bad as they come. Sterling bought her a $1.8 million condo. He also bought her a Ferrari, 2 bentleys, and a range rover. Also I read $250,000 cash. And who knows what else he bought her. Man if somebody gave me 1% of what she got, I'd be loyal as a motherfucker to them. I'd even probably take a bullet for them.

And I kinda equate what she did like some of those people who prey on the elderly and rob their whole life savings. Only thing different here is he's a billionaire so not much damage.

Sterling: I wish I had just paid her off

ESPN.com news services | May 2, 2014

Donald Sterling, the disgraced owner of the Los Angeles Clippers who has been banned for life by the NBA for racial remarks, spoke Friday for the first time since the scandal broke.

"I wish I had just paid her off," Sterling told DuJour.com, referring to ex-girlfriend V. Stiviano, the woman behind the audio tape published by TMZ on which Sterling made disparaging racial remarks.

Stiviano was the woman Sterling was talking to on the recording.

According to the person who conducted the interview, Sterling "expressed remorse."

Sterling had kept a low profile since NBA commissioner Adam Silver banned him for life and fined him $2.5 million on Tuesday. Silver has urged the league's owners to force a sale of the Clippers.

Sources have confirmed to ESPN.com that Sterling also is battling cancer.

The news was first reported late Thursday night by the New York Post. The Post, citing sources, reported that the 80-year-old Sterling has been battling prostate cancer for an extended period of time.

Since Sterling's ban was announced, there have been no shortage of suitors who have expressed an interest in potentially purchasing the Clippers.

Oprah Winfrey, David Geffen and Larry Ellison will join together in a bid to buy the Clippers if the NBA's board of governors votes to force Sterling to sell the team, Geffen told ESPN's Jeremy Schaap on Wednesday.

Geffen said he and Ellison would run the team, while Winfrey would be an investor.

Boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. and music mogul Sean Combs both claimed interest in buying the team Tuesday, as did real-estate tycoon Rick Caruso.

Magic Johnson, Mark Walter and their Guggenheim Partners group, which made the billion-dollar purchase of the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012, also are possible bidders, though sources have told ESPN that any such discussions were premature at best.

Johnson, who was specifically mentioned in the recorded conversation involving Sterling, laughed off the suggestion he should buy the Clippers in an appearance on ESPN on Sunday night, saying he was focused on bringing the NFL back to Los Angeles.

Information from ESPN's Jeremy Schaap, ESPN.com's Dan Rafael and The Associated Press was used in this report.

WTF??? Is this bitch tryin to run the 2-minute drill for some extra cash now?

Stiviano, the woman Sterling was talking to on the recording, did speak to Walters. She characterized Sterling's current state of mind as "confused," adding that: "I think he feels very alone, not truly supported by those around him. Tormented, emotionally traumatized."

"I'm with him in a state of where I want to help him, urging him to come to his own rescue," Stiviano said. "But even so, I think he feels that he's alone."

She said she does not feel Sterling is racist, despite hearing him say derogatory things about minorities. "No," she said. "I don't believe that in my heart."

"I think the things he says are not what he feels. Anybody can say anything in the heat of the moment," she said. "I think Mr. Sterling is from a different generation than I am. I think he was brought up to believe those things. Segregation. Whites and blacks."

Still, she said, "Through his actions, he's shown he's not a racist. Through his actions, he's shown to be a generous and kind man."

The NBA’s racism drama is more about money than morals

It will be hard to discipline Sterling without ramifications for other basketball personalities

The billionaire Donald Sterling, who has owned the Los Angeles Clippers basketball franchise since 1981, was suspended for life from the National Basketball Association this week. Racist remarks he allegedly made in private to a young friend were aired on the gossip website TMZ. Adam Silver, the new NBA commissioner, also fined Mr Sterling $2.5m and announced he would try to force him to sell the team, which could bring as much as $1bn. He called Mr Sterling’s opinions “hateful”, “offensive” and “harmful”. There is no reason to doubt the sincerity of Mr Silver’s outrage. But the predicament in which Mr Sterling has placed him has more to do with money than with morals.

Anyone who listens to the nine-minute TMZ recording after having read the press accounts will be a bit confused. Offensive the audio is. But “hateful” is too strong a word, especially for those Americans who remember the late Cincinnati Reds baseball owner Marge Schott, who was censured in the 1990s for saying Adolf Hitler “was good in the beginning” but then “went too far”.

This new recording, by contrast, captures a pathetic intimate quarrel between Mr Sterling and a 31-year-old woman, V Stiviano. Something is upsetting Mr Sterling very much, but it is not black people – at least not primarily. It is the Molière-esque predicament of an 80-year-old man with a young companion he cannot control. Ms Stiviano posted photos of herself on Instagram with two black athletes many decades his junior. Some of his characterisations are racist. (“Why should you be walking publicly with black people?”) But what makes the audio bizarre is that, when race enters the conversation it is she, not he, who introduces it.

Ms Stiviano, who is of Mexican and black ancestry, says at one point: “I wish I could change the colour of my skin.”
“You miss the issue.”
“What’s the issue?”
“The issue is we don’t have to broadcast everything.”
Later Ms Stiviano asks: “What would you like me to do? Remove the skin colour out of my skin?”

Mr Sterling replies: “Is that a for-real issue or are you making something up? . . . There’s nothing wrong with you or your skin colour. Why are you saying these things? To upset me?”
Go listen to the audio. There is something stilted, oratorical and manipulative about almost everything Ms Stiviano says. One would not want to lean too heavily on it in a courtroom. Nothing Mr Sterling said violates any laws. What made the audio a problem is it angered the NBA’s players. Their case was sometimes convoluted – Miami Heat forward LeBron James opined that, once you own a business that hires and fires people, “you have no right to feel the way you feel and express it out in the open” – but they appeared quite serious about it.

The NBA takes in about $5bn in revenues a year. A large fraction comes from television advertising in playoff season, which is now beginning. Four teams were credibly threatening boycotts and CarMax, Mercedes and State Farm insurance had pulled their ads. Racial insensitivity can easily disrupt a league in which three-quarters of the athletes are black, and Mr Sterling’s remarks were creating a labour-relations emergency. A strike was in the offing. Mr Silver skilfully cast his deference to the players’ power as firmness against Mr Sterling’s vice.

Mr Silver has won praise for his boldness – rightly so, for he probably has only a very narrow window of time in which to resolve this issue. A former litigator, he must have a keen idea of the wobbliness of arguments built on secret recordings. “Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private,” he said, “they are now public, and they represent his views.” But California has tough laws against unauthorised eavesdropping. On top of that, the Clippers are owned by a trust that includes Sterling family members. Can a trust be racist? If not, on what grounds can Mr Silver order a sale?

It is going to be hard for the NBA to discipline Mr Sterling without establishing principles of draconian justice that will ramify inconveniently for other personalities in the league. This includes many athletes and owners now calling for Mr Sterling’s head. Last year Tony Parker, the French guard for the San Antonio Spurs, made a quenelle salute, created and popularised by the French comedian Dieudonné. The quenelle has become beloved of Holocaust deniers and anti-Semites, some of whom have been filmed making the gesture outside concentration camps, Holocaust memorials and synagogues. Is there a place for Parker in the NBA? Feminist groups have in recent years eyed the league’s sexual harassment policies.

It will probably not be hard to make the case that Mr Sterling is a lout. What will be hard is making the case that he is the only lout in the NBA.

Finally some sanity from the race baiters. Ive been called a racist by four people in this thread. Schrute, El Butre, KJohnson and of course, Silky (I like some white people) Diamonds. Time to look in the mirror.

Here is something

I think we just discovered lice on my almost 3 year old

just in time to leave for FLA for like 6 days.....and grandparents that are gonna flip shit

Im already scratching......fuck

Add me. I definitely think you're a racist.
