Scheduling rules should be the same for everyone. All conferences must play 8/9 conference games. I don't care what number it is but all conferences must have the same. All conferences must have a Championship game and All teams must play AT LEAST 1 Power 5 conference out of conference

And all games against FCS must be completed by the end of September

I have no problem with that. But until they all get together and have the same set of scheduling rules, people will always be complaining.

I disagree there. Then you get teams like Florida/Florida State having to play 2 Power 5s since they play every year.
