In a day with not as much going right, hit the top 3 plays (#1-3) and 5 total (lost 4), walked away ok thanks to those while totals took a dip again.

Dealing with wife's health stuff all morning so hopefully done with that today.

Thankfully hit my top 2 last night with Dodgers and Phils or it'd have been a bad night, 5-4 top plays. Even Cubs cant hang on to an 8-0 lead, and stupidly went Rangers after Valdez was scratched for the Astros. Oh well, oh to Tues.

If everyone was honest there would not be a need for an accountant. But we know they all like to fudge them numbers. I don't know why? Is it the ego syndrome?

Good luck today Pirate. That KC was an easy over no doubt. Small loss yesterday being star plays are based on 2 units and others are 1 unit.

Sox calling a kid up from Triple A (Cooper Criswell) who was rocked last year in the majors in his brief stint with Tampa and was rocked in Anaheim during his 1 game stint with Angels in 2021. Wind blowing out hard again with 50% humidity with 2 flyball pitchers (especially Canning for Angels), I'll take my chances-maybe the sox can contribute tonight against Canning who got shelled last time out against this team.

2 games that concern me are Braves and Phillies. Braves have real concerns at pitching. Losing to lowly Miami who seems to be almost the worse team in MLB is a concern and also getting hammered by the Mets.
Phillies also have me concerned becasue once again they sleep walk in April heading into May always feel the need to push sometime in August. Good luck with all the plays today.

agree those 2 are valid concerns and after looking at all the stats/angles, I feel the Braves do need/want to bounceback and have the offense to do so with a veteran Morton going. Luzardo doesnt look like his old self, watched him pitch this year and it looks liike he's off mechanically, his release point is clearly more visible to the hitters as he's been getting hit harder this year (he was deceptive last year and started out 4-0 in 2023, vs 0-2 with a 7.20 era in 24), doubt he can fix that today against a hungry braves team.
Philly was a toss up at first but digging in, Keller is 0-5 last 5 against Philly, I think that continues and Wheeler comes out strong at home on get-away day. Phillies have been quiet lately but showed some life last night, hopefully carried the momentum in to today.
