We've all wanted to win a bet when a QB is out. You can look at this a few didderent ways.
If this was a road game for Fla. St. I wonder if the difference would still be 4.5 points if starting or not?

Personally I think that the difference should be more than a FG and a safety. If this is any other team with a QB that was not in such high caliber, then I could see 4 points. In this case I think that if he plays he covers. If not, Fla. St losses SU.

Those numbers are pretty low on FSU. My local still has 13.5 on the game. Interesting to see a line like that though.
