All 35 Bowl Games

more 'emotions'...The Cinci will be playing without their head coach here while the Blue Devils are ecstatic to be back in a bowl after an 18 yr layoff. Which is bigger?? Hard to make a play on Cinci with an unproven QB but hard to make a play on a 'virgin' bowl team with Duke. I do like this total Over though!!. Now to find a winner. I have gone thru the stats a couple of times and everything comes up favoring Cinci slightly but I dont get a warm fuzzy feeling with the BearCats. Lets give Cinci the win but Duke cover the 9 to 10 pts....maybe something like 35 to 28...may some more to this one
Duke +10 -110 55/50
Over 59 -115 115/100

Duke not covering this game made me want to puke.....this ending is a tough one to swallow.....ughhhhhh

GL -Mr Hound
I'm still suffering from that Duke loss.

I am trying not to get to excited with this old heart that i am carrying around....I would like to still be here next season. But I was very disappointed in the outcome and really felt bad for Kentucky players
The damn announcers were the absolute worse thing about the game. I finally had to turn the sound Off

gl hound. agree on over in ohio game, should be in the mid 60s at least.
Thanks Mars...I see the line moving down on the total....thinking about hitting the Over 58.5 for another two

With you on La Monroe, we are oppo in Rutgers game. GL today Bloodhound.
Good to see we agree on LA Monroe...normally that means we win this one when we agree...hope it holds true today.
Just cant back Rutgers even with their good D

Duke not covering this game made me want to puke.....this ending is a tough one to swallow.....ughhhhhh
I am very sorry if I lost anyone any coin on this loser and all the rest...It has definitely been tuff on the ole hound with some if not most of these bowl plays. But dont give up, I think there are some winners out there today and for the rest of the bowl season

GoodLuck fellas

NOTE: if everyone had played opposite of my plays so far, they would been up nicely and the books would have been pissed....maybe i should make this play and doubledown against me ....nahhhhhh, cant do that

Air Force*-1 -110
vs Rice 110/100
Air Force/Rice* Over 61 -110 220/200....
All the incentive is with Rice, especially with the game in Fort Worth. Plus the Falcons lost to Army. The Fly Boys lost all their weapons with the military budget cuts so no way they will be armed and dangerous? But I think this one should be a shootout and I think Air Force Wins by a td. Air Force lost 3 of 4 down the stretch while Rice Won 4 in a Row yet Air Force is the favorite and the line is going up even though this game is being played in Texas which would favor Rice. That in itself gets my attention in this game. Air Force played a much tougher schedule and 3 of those last 4 games were all on the road including games at San Diego St and Fresno St. Rice ran up big numbers at the end of the season against very bad Conference USA teams who play zero defense. Rice hasn’t been to a Bowl since 2008 while Air Force has gone every ƒ year since 2007 and that Bowl Experience is a huge edge for Air Force.

West Virginia* -3 -130 vs Syracuse 130/100
West Virginia/Syracuse* Over 70 -110 220/200...after the regular season loss to Cuse where they were unprepared,West Virginia now has a game full of tape to correct, and can be fairly comfortable with the knowledge that in their 24minute of possession time, they moved the ball 17 yards per minute, compared to Syracuse’s 12.3 yards per minute when the Orange had the ball. If this kind of offensive disparity plays out again, and West Virginia cleans up the boo-boos, they could cruise. Let’s not forget their 70-33 crushing of Clemson in last season’s bowl game. Offensively strong opponents in the Big 12, and the first season of a conversion to a 3-4 defense from 3-3-5, contributed to West Virginia having one of the worst defenses in the nation this season. That unit will need more than just bowl season practices to get its act together, and Syracuse has a senior QB and play-making wideouts that can exploit any below-average defense. But the Orange defense hasn’t done much to distinguish itself against good pass offenses and/or mobile QBs like West Virginia’s Geno. I graded this game Cuse but going the other way as WV gets it together today...I hope :)

Navy* +14 -127 vs Arizona State 110/100
Navy/Arizona State* Under 54 -110 110/100 ....played last nite but looked @ it again just now trying to decide if I wanted to remain on the dog.I went back and forth on this game. Although I am Not seeing the bowl games very clearly, I think Navy could even win this straightup 'if' they are on their game cause I doubt the Sun Devils spent every waking moment locked in a room studying triple-option, and they don’t have enough option specialists on their scout team attempting to simulate it in practice. ASU faces nothing like this year in and year out...and I am a big Armed Forces Teams fan so I am biased also :) For what its worth, ArizSt grades out better in all departments...but I'll take the 14 and all the way down to +10 and be happy

Oregon State* -3 -115 vs Texas 230/200
Oregon State/Texas* Over 56 -115 115/100.... I'm ready to see MacBrown move on but since he hasnt faded into the twilite yet, I like OregonSt by 9-10 over a Texas team that cant find their ass since replacing McCoy at QB has been an adventure, with neither Ash nor McCoy establishing himself as a true leader. The 'Horns are on a 14-25 ATS run, & are just 3-10 ATS as the pup since '09. Texas actually grades out in all categories cept the DB's but I will have no part of that mess.

TCU* -2 -110 vs Michigan State 110/100
TCU/Michigan State* Under
41 -115 230/200...Anybody that could play a lick of defense this season held Michigan St offense in check. Heck, even Eastern Michigan did! The only times Michigan State got above 5 yards per play in Big Ten action this season was when they faced Indiana, Nebraska and Minnesota, and the most points they scored in those games was 26. TCU’s defense ranked #18 in the nation, the highest of any Big 12 team, in their first season playing in that conference. So, one can’t expect Michigan State’s offense to suddenly blossom in the desert. The playbook only has about five plays – handoffs left, right and up the middle to 6’2”, 244 RB Le’Veon Bell (who had 350 of the team’s 450 rushing attempts), and a couple of pass routes that Dantonio trusts his qb with the measly 5.9 Yards Per Attempt to connect with. Michigan State’s offense scored only 25 TDs all season. TCU had 26 passing TDs, and freshman QB Boykin threw more TD passes than State’s Maxwell despite starting only 8 games, and throwing only 9 passes against Texas. An offense like this can only be part of a winning team when the defense is very good, and can only be part of a winning bet when the team is the underdog. The defense ranks #4 in the nation. Both defenses were nails in the red zone during this past regular season.

Bloody, I have a pretty strong lean on Vandy-NC State Overs. Especially 1st half over 25.5. Your thoughts on this game? GL

Vanderbilt*-7 -120 vs NC State 360/300
NC State/Vanderbilt* Over 52 -110 220/200

Guys, Just let me mention again that I am not seeing these games correctly. I can only hope things turn around in my favor starting today and we win the rest of these sonofbitches.
Pretty much a home game for the Commodores and if the Commodores offense explodes like they did in their last 2 games this game could get ugly quick. This game grades out with all stats cept D Line being States favor. Vanderbilt won their last 6 games and their offense in those 6 games averaged 38.1ppg. NC State lost 3 out of their last 5 games and the Wolfpack will be coached by interim HC Franklin. The QB battle will be fun to watch in this game and I see Vandy QB Rodgers having a big game and I see the Commodores winning this game by double-digits. Vanderbilt is a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games and I see this trend cashing again. The match-up, however, pits a pass-laden, weak-rushing NC State offense against the good Vanderbilt pass defense. NC State’s sub-par rushing numbers (3.2 yards per carry, 117 yards per game, only 2 rushing TDs in their last seven games) do not appear capable of putting them over the hump if their qb for the Wolfpack offense doesnt come through. Although Vandy intercepted only 8 passes this season, the defense allowed only 6 TD passes and a mere 175 passing yards per game. Sure, opponents often prefer to line up and smash-mouth Vanderbilt into submission, but the next time NC State’s running game does it that way to somebody will be in a match-up with a D-1A school next season, or the season after. Glennon, however, is experienced enough to have a shot at dink-and-dunking it down the field – or at least to midfield until they punt -- well enough to keep NC State’s field position good, and the team in contention. Vanderbilt’s QB who helped the passing offense get up to a respectable 222 yards per game following seasons of seriously sub-collegiate median numbers: 174, 159, 147. Finally, when Vandy needs a pass play, it might be there. I think Vandy wins by two TD's with a score of maybe 38-20

Vandy -7 120
I have the same play, mr hound.
I hope that doesn't mean bad news.
I'm now 3-8, and Syracuse was the only win I deserved
GL

I wish it were 11-0 for u MrBull. I always want all of my friends to do well.
Thanks and GL today. I think it going to be a good day!!

38-20 would work for me. Didn't like the hook my guy had so teased Van with U59. Got a feeling the hook won't make the difference though. Good luck Blood.

This has been the absolute worst played Bowl season I can remember. It's reminding me of what basketball has become. I never thought I'd say this about football but its almost become unwatchable.

Zeke...I see both of the D's being wore down by 2nd half so a 2nd half Over may also be in order...and yes, I hate those hooks also lol GL

Cash.... Thanks man...2013 is going to be a tuff yr financially for individuals and our Great Country. And believe me, I am trying hard to produce some winners in football. I think there is $$ to be made tailing some of out basket cappers. They all seem to be doing well and they are keeping me in the money..... I appreciate them sharing their picks

Wise...bowl season has really been hard on my bank acct. But we're are going to get on a nice roll from here on in

GL Gentlemen

USC* -7 -115 vs Georgia Tech 345/300
Georgia Tech/USC* Over 61 -110 220/200.....
believe me it hurts to be playing and rooting for SoCal but I dont see GT hanging with them for long. This game is like 'NFL vs. College' with USC’s Kiffin Clan and their “We are bound for the NFL!” players in NFL systems going against Georgia Tech’s very collegiate offense, the triple-option, a unit supported by the leaky defense. USC defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin realized he was in over his head as a college coordinator against ‘what they call these …spread offenses?” and announced that he was leaving the program. However, Papa Kiffin is staying on for the bowl game, to teach his NFL-mindset boys everything he knows about defending triple option from all those years he spent in the NFL. Which means calling around asking somebody else, and probably not Trojans’ defensive line coach Ed Orgeron, another coordinator of only NFL-bound talent for years in the SEC and Pac 10-12. In fact, Orgeron was promoted to Assistant Head Coach after Kiffin announced he was leaving, and the next DC won’t be hired until after the bowl game. On the surface, it looks like nobody wants this result on his resume! But I could be wrong After all, Florida State hadn’t faced Georgia Tech in three years, their defensive coordinator bolted before the ACC Championship. So with all of that sarcasm, u can certainly see I dislike SC.
Florida St D held Georgia Tech to Tech’s second-lowest offensive output of the season. Gt does Not have a defensive line that can control the point of attack – always an important trait to have against an option offense. USC’s run defense has been okay, at 3.9 yards allowed per carry. Not quite as good as Florida State’s, or BYU’s (2.7 yards per carry allowed) the defense that held Georgia Tech to its fewest yards this season. So, while it should be a ballgame for a while, Georgia Tech’s usually lousy pass defense should eventually make their offense’s running game look like water pistols at a cannon fight, as USC’s defensive athletes eventually catch up to what Tech is doing on offense. Except for the coach, this grades out with all stats going to SC.

its funny i capped the hell out of the tulsa game and changed me off iowa state, i just couldnt see iowa state being the smart play, turn on the game and 10 zip already, wtf, bowl season.

USC is the biggest piece of shit team in college sports, felt like venting that in your thread i guess, figured u wouldnt mind.

How about Lane Kiffin playing Darth Vader today, what a classless puke, just what he is wearing tells me he doesnt want to be there, rubs off on his players, dirtbag should be fired.
