The battle is between Cushing and Malaluga for the top one.

Maualgua is good only if there are other good linebackers around him, he isn't a smart guy, he overpursues and often looks to make the big hit. He would make a great highlight reel, but thats about it for Rey......He would do very well in Pittsburgh, but I don't see a someone taking him that doesn't have a strong LB Corps who can make sure he doesn't go sideways.
