Trying to game plan ahead for the NBC Sunday Night matchup in week 18.

No chance - Jets/Pats, Bronco/Raiders - these are all currently or may be eliminated by Week 18

Pretty much no chance - the one side only games - Jags/Titans, Chiefs/Chargers, Eagles/Giants, Cowboys/Commies, Bucs/Panthers, Seahawks/Cards, Bears/Packers

Unlikely - Browns/Bengals - Browns should have wildcard wrapped up this week and Bengals are a big dog to still be relevant playing KC this week

Unlikely - Vikings/Lions - Vikes need help to have a playoff chance, while Lions could have little to play for Week 18 with a loss at Dallas.

Unlikely - Atlanta/New Orleans - Need Saints win at Tampa and Falcons win at Chicago. Even then a Tampa win vs Panthers can end the race.

4th choice - Pittsburgh at Baltimore - Pittsburgh could very well be done in at Seattle, and the Ravens clinch #1 with a win vs Miami. However, if the opposite happens this could be a very meaningful game in a historic rivalry.

3rd choice - LA Rams at San Fran - Niners may need the win to clinch #1, and Rams playoff lives could be on the line. Would have it higher except the Niners should be strong favorites.

2nd choice - Houston at Indy - If both these teams win week 17 home games against sub .500 teams, this could be a win or go home game for both. Would probably be #1 at that point unless the top choice is alive. Could also use some more star power although Stroud with OROY on the line and Taylor for the Colts is reasonably appealing.

1st choice - Buffalo at Miami - This one looks like a heavy favorite. Star power, #1 seed, divisional title, playoff existence, at least two of the four should be in play. If Miami beats Baltimore the #1 seed is on the line. Buffalo may need to win just to make the playoffs. If Miami loses to Baltimore then the East and a home playoff game will be on the line, and the Bills still might need to win just to get in.

Talk around Wny is someone already leaked the BILLS vs Miami is being flexed ...

Just crazy that the BILLS could end up as the #2 seed , by the Dolphins closing out the season with 2 losses ...

Bills clinch a playoff spot this week by beating the Pats , and the Bengals and Steelers losing..

9ers are missing a lot right now with Armstead and both safeties out. I haven’t seen Howell in that slide but there will be holes. Trent returns and the offense should be fine, though.

The Jets scored 30 on them last week so that means the Niners should be able to put up around 175 points today.

After last week you'll never see better value on the best team in the NFC. Seems like a day to back up the Brinks on them

I liked it more vs Brisset who is so limited.
Howell was incredibly bad last week. I would say as of today Washington is far and away the worst team in the league. Of course they had the Jets beat last week but well I've said enough about the Jets to know thats meaningless.

Niners can pick the score today the question is whether or not they care enough to win by 50 plus points.

Guess rule of thumb is I can't bet on a team that won a Super Bowl matchup the previous week
