leaned Nawlins at first but early start and injury question have me taking day off.
 
Can only add that not only Beasley with a question mark, but Haslem as well. If both out, there goes the whole Heat frontline out the window...
Two of the games have through the sky lines and two have question marks about the injuries? Maybe Totals will offer some value, lines surely don't.
 
Nothing there? OKC used to be Seattle. OKC has been playing well on the road. 8-3 ats. 5-2 ats with no rest. The spread is about 16 currently. A lot of people will think of betting on them. Then again I might play the Spurs and bet the OKC team total under. Would check ref's but certainly something on my mind.
Being a chalkish player I guess, I would be very interested in either the over in Memphis, that team or both. If the Heat are too sick it might not go over.
Lakers looks like business as usual for anyone that has been making money on Laker games and no idea right now on the early game.
 
Books begging for Hornet money by opening it at -2.

This is a Raps team that has looked good beating 2 bad teams (Pacers and Nets). mean while the Hornets have looked better recently except for the celtics game.
 
But whats the right side. They finally going to win a home day game on Sunday? You know the Hornets really want them after losing 3 of the last 4.
You think they are solid enough now? Jermaine did have a bad game last time but the team picked him up like it was nothing.
 
I understand why you say that. You could easily be right on 3 of them. This though is very likely a Sunday blood bath for the Spurs. If you have to bet it go small there.

I was watching closely to how Triano was going to cover Devin Harris because we had CP coming. Triano pulled Calderone off him every time and switched it up with Moon and Graham. It limited what Devin could do with the ball having quick and much longer players in front of him.

Im only playing the side if Chandler is out. He is good for 10+ rebounds against us, without him we wont be out rebounded too badly.

PLus Mo Pete comes to town and he LOVES partying it up in Toronto. I am pretty sure the Hornets came into to town and partied it up a bit Saturday night.
 
If your going to take toronto wait, we might get 3 by tip off. If you like the Hornets, get it now.

on a statistical basis, Nawlins with 12 Unders in their last 16 games are very near to putting up a run of Overs (by run I mean a 3-1/4-2 stretch at least). Toronto with a home bias for Overs, and with 2 "false" Unders their last 2 games, since they scored accordingly but their opponents failed miserably, and not because the Raps defense sudden became world beating.
 
We could just cheat. New ice age comes down before Spurs and Lakers lose tomorrow. Hit them on a parlay. Understand it pays very little but those wins just set in stone.

Yes, they have also been forcing all penetration straight into Bosh, JO and Bargnani. We had almost 10 blocks against the Nets the other night.
 
Why are they playing the Toronto/Hornets game earlier than usual? Isn't the usual Toronto home game Sunday timeslot 1pm EST?
 
Going to take some some imagination to find some plays for Sunday it seems. Might as well continue to fade the lakers as their defense is to shitty to cover these #'s.

It has been since the great start defenively...sorta dissapointing...we'll see if Jax has them gear up down stretch run otherwise its no 'ship for them again...
 
Probably laying off the Lakers all together.
Lakers have been killed by the dribble drive. Beno,Nash, Salmons etc have been doing whatever they wanted. Check Minny's roster, there is only 1 player that knows how to dribble and walk at the same time.
 
In the Spurs , officials seem to be somewhat on the under side. One strong anti chalk and 2 that seem fine with it. Have laid 15.5 and bet less under the team total of OKC at 90.5 I believe. Fairly anti standard treatment of OKC. If you like excitement you might try OKC ml first quarter as it is not that unusual for the Spurs in these situations to sit back smiling in the first quarter looking befuddled and confused. All the acters are not in Hollywood.
Just watching the first game.

crazy 3 pt shooting which these teams could sustain but still only had 97 in the 1st H. Thought it would be right around the game total anyway ..nothing crazy its a coin flip ...:cheers:

Played Grizz +2 {Level2} & 1st Half +1 {level1} ...Under 194 {Level1}

No great feel but Memphis playing solid lately amd Miami is 3-8 as favs this season ATS including 0-3 laying -2 and 0-1 laying -1 ...even lost by 1 @ LAC laying -2 and won by 1 @ GS laying 2...wtf? Plus they were playing well but road chalk and they couldnt crack 73 at home ? Only other shit offense game like this was @ Portland scored 68 and won @ PHO next time out but different scenarios involved IMO....

Heat 7-21-2 TAS L30 Sundays amd Home Team 9-2 ATS in the series L11 meetings and just a few trends that of course involve alot of last years game that say Miami has been a poor fav ...what does that mean here ? Not much but tells you they are inconsistent and that makes cautious to lay road chalk with them.....

They are 10-3 ATS following a SU loss but they must win to cover here obviously....

5-16ATS L21 favored under 4.5 points
2-7-1 L10 games after scoring less then 75points

I thought about that and just let it ride . Stuck to my principles of the Heat being favored in the Favorite role ....hope it works out because the under is getting crushed now. That I should have middle (189/190 I think with the 2nd H line)......

In the Laker game probably just going with 3rd and fourth bets which I am not listing since 5d is being a dick and taking forever to put them up. Will also be betting it under and will put up my reasoning fairly late as the line is going up. Lost 2 totals yesterday. At least one was a bad bet. No Artest and Tracy the flip flop coming off a good game. I got the scoring I expected from the Clippers and got left at the dock by Houston. The other game---its very hard for me to believe that the Bucks over on 2 days rest just dominates everything but not going against it again believe me. Anyway sorry about them.
 
102-86 Memphis snuck in that Under after all...Amazing how I can win all my plays with 3 minutes of research and shake my head about some NFL decisions I make...

Just a comment on how sometimes I get better results from 3 minutes of work..NFL okay so far but not sure about the 4 PM results...

I havent watched a hoops game except for a few quarters here and there for 3 weeks . Just weird..:cheers:

2nd H +3 OKC {level1 } Win (posted it in my NFL thread)


Basically OKC is in a bad state of mind IMO at the moment. Cant offer proof but blowing a 21 pt lead vs Memphis at home on Wed followed by a very good effort @ Dallas which was lost in the final 3 minutes . You dont want to hang your head vs a team like SA. Past history shows SA OWNING the OKC franchise . This is a matchup of good fundamentals and very sound defense vs sloppy , youthful basketball and Poor DEFENSE....

L5 meetings all SA wins the Spurs have covered 15 , 12 , 10 and 12 with a PUSH on -9........

OKC is covering alot lately as in its last 5 away ATS.....

Think a good spot for ugly effort with a home game for LAC on deck...

Going to play SA Over TT and Under OKC.:cheers:GL

It looks like alot but you tend to expect and 18+ win when you see a bottomfeeder vs a strong playoff team .....Just a matter of if the playoff team comes to play and SA is just on a roll sort of like CLE where good things are just happening every game. Been riding the OCK puppy train and just a great spot to jump off I think . OKC lost the tough game to the Suns by 1 catching 10 at home not that long ago . Which they followed up by losing the enxt night @ Cle by 30 catching 15.5 and SA smoked a flat GSW team by 30 laying -12. So the number is where it should be IMO...
 
I dont lay it often either but did wwith Denver last night as well. Sometimes they make it so high they are tipping their hand . Like the damn Panthers today !lol
