Wade's dumb ass shouldn't have opted out, at least he'd have a contract. Now teams are gonna low ball his ass.

Wasn't going to win another ring in Miami?

The only team capable of beating that team was the Spurs playing at 100% health.

Lebron tweeting this will be a long process and they're not ready to compete LOLOLOL

hope lebron's return to ohio goes better than ken griffey jr's....he's played the third most mins at his age in nba history...injuries are imminent at some point

Heat now are a bottom 3 team right? Their big FA pickups are Josh McRoberts and Danny Granger while losing their big 3.

Yeah, I still don't understand this at all. Why did Wade opt out if he wasn't sure LeBron was coming back to Miami? Unless he is going with LeBron, it makes no sense and can be seen as one of the worst decisions in pro sports history. He opted out of $42M over 2 years.

Jump you need to stop pissing the cavs fans parade that we are having,we've been waiting for this

you guys don't find it odd he didn't mention wiggins in that letter? was the letter written before the draft?

Cavs will be smarter than heat

Resting wade to max out lebron minutes was dumb

They can play him 5-6 mins less a game

If they don't trade for love than offense can go through Kyrie and or waiters when he sits

If they do it can go through Kyrie and or love

Great news for Sixers fan because Bosh will likely go to Houston now, and Houston must get rid of Lin. Lin and a 1st to the Sixers...Works easily.

Damn how much money do they have? Can they take on Bosh's max and resign Parsons? That's already paying Harden and DH too.

I think they would have to get rid of Lin and Asik for this to be even remotely possible. I'm sure everyone understands that already, just pointing it out.

The Pelicans may waive Austin Rivers to clear enough cap space for their acquisition of Omer Asik.

Asik's salary balloons to $14.9 million this season but the Pelicans are happy to have him after relying on guys like Greg Stiemsma and Alexis Ajinca last season. Rivers was drafted No. 10 overall in 2012 but he's struggled to adapt to the NBA and averaged only 7.7 points on 40.5 percent shooting last season.

Wolves will have pressure from all owners to fleece the Cavs. Gotta get more than wiggins and Bennett .

Yeah tough to believe Love is worth the last 2 #1 overall picks regardless of Bennett's season, still too early to call him a bust

Well he is not coming to Minnesota

sure it's tough to say he's worth that, but Cavs have to clear cap space and they only have so much they can give away.

This is the best news I've heard in weeks. Now wolves are in much better position to maximize what they get for Love.

I don't think wolves are in a position of strength here

Cavs can run out their current team plus some cheap vet deals this season and not be weak anywhere

Sign someone like pau rather than trade all those assets for love

Wolves are the ones who if they don't trade him lose him for absolutely nothing and it's not like they have a bunch of young prime assets either

If they lose love for nothing they won't make the playoffs for at least another 5 years

do you think Gilbert knew what to do with Wiggins before this all started?
If he had traded that #1 away would Love even be in the picture?

ESPN needs to get a better cell phone plan for its analysts.

*Anthony Bennett eats a doughnut*

I think it would be strange to trade the #1 overall pick, Wiggins, before even seeing him play in a game.

yeah if you're the Cavs why not run out that lineup for a bit.. you have until Feb to trade for Love if Bron/Irving/Wiggins don't mesh. The potential talent is one thing with Wiggins, but his potential talent relative to his contract size allows them to target more help

I think wolves have power here, especially if there is pressure from Lebron to bring love in. They can get more. Bennett sucks, and wiggins is what maybe a future all star from what we know right now

Bennett isn't an asset, so it's wighins for love essentially, they could get draft picks for sure

With love they wouldn't beat the celtics or lakers in 80s , bulls in 90s, rockets in 90s, lakers in late 90s early00s, so no

Or the Spurs teams from the past decade or so, or the Heat team from the past 4 years.
