Bosh to the rockets makes sense. Why would he sign with the heat and take a paycut long term, if bron will likely only do a 1 or 2 year deal with the tv contract.

Wow is Bosh worth that?

HELL NO.

If Channing Frye gets 4/32 then i say yes. Easily.

Both sides can be right I think.

Bosh is technically "worth it" if that's what the market is paying comparable guys (and just salaries in general), but he's not necessarily "worth it" when it comes to a basketball sense.....given the salary cap and the percentage of that cap you're giving up for Bosh (or anyone in the NBA) as compared to what he's giving you on the court.

Bosh isn't a double-double guy anymore, all-star caliber player yes but max money should be spent on players that are franchise cornerstones and he is only going to be the Rockets 3rd best player.

Bosh isn't a double double guy b/c of how Miami has played him...nothing to do with any decline in his ability.

He's an elite scorer, average shot blocker, below average rebounder (when we're talking about teams that need boards, not teams that have nobody else to grab 3-4 free ones per game)...

being a double double guy isn't nearly as valuable as being a legit scoring threat in the post and beyond the 3pt line who's capable of creating his own shot from time to time.

Bosh is worth elite money, and would be crazy to turn down if there's any legitimacy to bron jumping ship

If he's worth elite money, he wouldn't be that crazy to turn it down since he'd get it somewhere else right? I agree he'd be crazy to turn it down...but because he's NOT worth that money, won't find it elsewhere, and should take it and run while laughing.

being worth elite money doesn't mean there are multiple teams that fit that have the money to offer, that's why he'd be crazy to turn down the other offer...IF bron skips...if bron doesn't, tough to turn down a free ticket to the NBA finals

Seems like bosh would be turning down a lot of money by going back to heat. At some point he you can't fault a guy for taking the money , and he can win with the rockets

I wouldn't fault him at all, it's not like he's taking a max deal from a shit team to put up fantasy numbers

if LeBron goes back to Miami he probably has a bigger chance there just because it's an auto route to the ECF

but Rockets would be up with top 4 in the West with him if they can keep Parsons too

someone on ESPN said he would be hated (again) if he didnt go back to Cleveland at this point

stupid question. Just looking into it, the Heat gave the Cavs 2 first round picks between 2013-17 in a sign and trade for Lebron. Have the Cavs used those first round picks? I think they used 1 last year maybe? If Bosh and Lebron leave the Heat then they could be terrible next year. The Cavs could potentially be in great position to draft high next year...

Lebron has one chance at redemption in my eyes personally and that is return to the Cavs. It will ruin all chances the Pistons ever have to do anything of substance for the next 10 years, but that was basically the case anyway unless they stopped trading their top picks just to get rid of contracts. And its not like Miami was in the other conference anyway.

Not that it would matter to anyone, but I would like to see Lebron back home and win rings there, it would just mean more and that sad city of Cleveland deserves it. Miami will be just fine with their fake fans and beaches to keep them busy.

Jordan, Magic, Bird, Isaiah, Kobe all stayed put and won it. Man up Lebron, save face and go back and win and all will be forgotten. Should have never left but he was young and a dumb and full of.....himself

Wonder if there is a channel in Cleveland that is dedicated to this 24/7?

Mike Miller and Jesus on their way too I guess.
