Every year it seems there's some qb with hype that doesn't get picked nearly as early as the mocks have him. And it's almost always justified as the guy is mediocre. Malik Willis last year played the role.

Funny I was thinking of Richardson-Willis comparison. Big guy with a big arm who can't throw for shit. But that applies to Levis, too. Too much stock gets placed into arm power.
