Take the bad with the good. He's the man on this team. Can't change his antics.

Commissioner David Stern‘s pregame appearance drew plenty of Bay Area and national media, supplemented by a dozen or so Sacramento credential-holders looking for an update on the Kings’ situation. Stern described the Sacramento counter-bid to an offer in hand from Chris Hansen‘s Seattle-based group as “not comparable” and that it would need to increase just to be considered by the league’s Board of Governors.
Stern also said he still has fond memories of Sleepy Floyd‘s 51-point explosion against the Lakers in the 1987 playoffs. That was about as substantive the questions regarding the Warriors went during Stern’s appearance.
The Warriors will have a fresh body in the form of forward Malcolm Thomas, whom Golden State signed today from the D-League. Warriors coach Mark Jackson described Thomas as having the potential to be a smaller version of Milwaukee’s Larry Sanders, but don’t expect to see him clocking significant minutes (if any at all): “I have no problem with using him, but, that being said, he’s got a lot of guys in front of him right now.”
This game has large implications for the Western Conference playoff chase. Houston (33-29) sits in seventh, two games behind sixth-place Golden State (35-27), and a win tonight guarantees the Rockets — who’ve already beat the Warriors twice this year — a victory in the season-series and thus the playoff tiebreaker.

That was severe. Horford could have drove the wide open lane there. Oh well, NBA is what it is and Josh Smith is what he is - a fucking douche...

Played Blazers late. Un-posted though. I swear Smoov does this shit on purpose, he's too consistent at it...

If David lee is out the over is immediately fucked. His presence in a game is +10 points on a total.

what wood make u think they wouldnt suck all along? they are a one trick pony...launch bombs, play no D and have no HC sets

Yup. Much worse than the mavs championship team. They did shoot a lot of threes but had defense and intangibles

They play little D because they don't have the players yet/nobody to pick up the defensive slack for Harden because of how tired he gets offensively. But make no mistake, their offensive system is what a lot more NBA basketball will look like in the next few years. It makes basic sense, the most efficient shots are 3's, layups if you're gonna be shooting 2's, and free throws.

the only good thing about HOuston is the no state income tax, beside that its a shit place to go...Doubt Dwight goes there

wood love to see that but we both know playoff ball are grinder HC sets

When nba players get to the playoffs everything changes. Three point shooting teams fail. The mavs were an exception. It's just too damn easy to stop if you don't have an interior presence that is capable to take advantage. I just hate teams that rely on the 3

You'll be seeing that more. But it's not going to be successful in the playoffs.

Both teams in last year's finals do the same exact thing. Check Miami, OKC, and San Antonio's offensive shot charts. As few long 2's as possible, and run.
