Yep. Was just gonna point that out, Nba.

Pistons are bad but like to give Motown a 'lil something on Friday's.

Grizz 21-6 ATS as a fave of 1-6.5 this season (11-4 ATS on the road)...

lakers ml should be safe tonight lol

It was much safer against Hornets imho, but they better get it done tonight!

The problem is that when teams do amazing 4th quarter comeback, they can get the feeling that they can turn it on when ever they want and it's never the case...

Hope Lakers win and Utah and Rockets lose and will probably bet according (on the last two)...

What does that have to do with anything?

Well a long west coast road trip (or any RT) then home for only one game.. get to fuck the mistresses, play with the kids, take care of errands and what not... if its a b2b on the road the following night it is a BRUTAL spot. I remember reading this posted by someone on blankets, dont remember who

Its still a good spot dont get me wrong but id prefer if it were a b2b

I'm suprised this hasn't been highlighted already.

The Wizards are 10-0 to Under their last 10 road games & 19-1 to Under their last 20 road games. In their last 14 games vs EC opponents, they haven't conceded 100+ pts (last time they did, was at home vs Brooklyn).

Miami has gone 4 games without topping 100 pts offensively. Only happened 1 other time this season, that streak being broken with their posting a 128 pt total (game TT lined 105.0).

A couple of weeks back Philly (at home) conceded 114 pts to Miami.

[h=2]MAVERICKS AT PISTONS, 7:30 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 6:38PM
TV: League Pass

  • Leading scorer Greg Monroe (ankle sprain) and reserve forward Charlie Villanueva are expected to play for Detroit after missing the 87-77 loss to New York on Wednesday. “Looks like both guys will be available,” assistant coach Brian Hill said.
  • Hill is filling in for Lawrence Frank for the second straight game. Frank is attending to his ailing wife Susan.
  • The Mavericks are starting a four-game road trip after defeating Houston 112-108 on Wednesday. O.J. Mayo had a career-high 12 assists that night. “He’s had other really good games, too,” coach Rick Carlisle said. “There’s been a gradual increase of how well he’s reading things. We just need him to continue to do that. At the beginning of the year, his pick-and-roll game was below average and he’s brought it way, way up since then.”

[h=2]GRIZZLIES AT CAVALIERS, 7:30 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 6:32PM
TV: League Pass

  • Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving (flu) was listed as doubtful by the team earlier in the day, but will play and start. “I went to the doctor and got checked out, so everything is OK,” Irving said, adding with a smile. “This is what 13 hours of sleep will do for you.” Irving is the fourth Cleveland player to be affected by the flu this week, but the Eastern Conference All-Star did not miss any games when he was ill.
  • Grizzlies power forward Zach Randolph (left ankle sprain) is out for the third game in a row, while power forward Darrell Arthur (back, neck soreness) will miss his second straight contest. Randolph — a Western Conference All-Star — was injured on March 1 at Miami. “We’ve played the last couple of games without Zach, so you just move down the line and get the next guy up,” Memphis coach Lionel Hollins said.
  • With Randolph not playing for Memphis, Ed Davis makes his second start in a row at power forward. Point guard Mike Conley Jr., shooting guard Tony Allen, small forward Tayshaun Prince, and center Marc Gasol round out first five. The Grizzlies are 10-1 since Feb. 8 and own the fourth-best record in the West at 40-19.
  • Cleveland has won seven straight over the Grizzlies at home, making it 13-2 all-time against Memphis/Vancouver at Quicken Loans Arena. The Grizzlies’ last victory on the North Coast came on Nov. 29, 2003, which was LeBron James’ rookie season with the Cavaliers.
  • Inactive for Cleveland are small forward Omri Casspi (appendectomy) and center Anderson Varejao (season-ending right knee injury).

[h=2]THUNDER AT BOBCATS, 7 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 6:26PM
TV: League Pass

  • Bobcats guard Ramon Sessions will be sidelined 2-4 weeks after suffering a medial collateral ligament (MCL) sprain in his left knee in Wednesday’s loss to Brooklyn. Sessions has come off the bench to be the Bobcats back-up point guard and shooting guard. Coach Mike Dunlap indicated that Reggie Williams would serve as the team’s back-up point guard while Jeffery Taylor and Ben Gordon would pick up the extra minutes on the wing. Sessions will not require surgery to fix the injury.

  • Oklahoma City has won four straight in the series, including a 114-69 thumping of the Bobcats on November 26. The 45-point loss was the worst in franchise history. The Thunder have in fact dominated the series of late with an average margin of victory of 26.8 in the last four outings. Oklahoma City has won three straight and six of the last seven to lead the Northwest Division by five games. They trail San Antonio and Miami by two games in the loss column for the NBA’s top record.

  • Kevin Durant is on pace to become just the second player in NBA history (Larry Bird; 1986-87) to aveage 28-plus points while shooting better than 50 percent from the field, 90 percent from the free throw line and 40 percent from the 3-point line. Durant scored 34 in the win over New York Thursday night and is averaging 31.7 points during the team’s three-game winning streak.

  • Charlotte has struggled of late against everyone they’ve played. The Bobcats have dropped eight straight overall and 43 of their last 49. During their current eight-game skid the average margin of defeat has been 22.0 points.

  • Thunder lineup: Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka, Kendrick Perkins, Thabo Sefolosha, Russell Westbrook.

  • Bobcats lineup: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Byron Mullens, Bismack Biyombo, Gerald Henderson, Kemba Walker.

[h=2]PACERS AT MAGIC, 7 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 5:44PM
TV: League Pass

  • Tobias Harris will get his first start for the Magic tonight. In seven games off the bench since coming from Milwaukee in the J.J. Redick trade, Harris has averaged 16.7 points (on 56 percent shooting) and 6.3 rebounds in 28 1/2 minutes. He replaces Andrew Nicholson at power forward in Orlando’s 20th different starting lineup this season.
  • Pacers forward Danny Granger, who missed the first 55 games of the season, will miss a second straight game tonight, having been shut down again with a sore left knee. An MRI revealed no structural damage, but Granger will miss at least another week.
  • Since the Magic’s 97-86 victory over the Pacers on Jan. 16, Indiana has gone 14-7 while giving up 89.8 points per game, and Orlando has gone 3-21 while giving up 103.7 points per game.
  • Now in a virtual tie with New York for the second spot in the Eastern Conference, the Pacers blew a nine-point lead in the final four and 1/2 minutes to lose to Boston at home Wednesday night.
  • Pacers lineup: Paul George, David West, Roy Hibbert, Lance Stephenson, George Hill.
  • Magic lineup: Maurice Harkless, Harris, Nikola Vucevic, Arron Afflalo, Jameer Nelson.

Pacers -9.5 for me. Probably also Jazz team under 91. Still looking at the rest.

Faves are 107-84 ATS on Friday this season. Quite remarkable given seasons' past...

gyno i cant thank ya enough, i was gonna take the bobcats 1h but came to my senses that 1q was the smarter play

okc 19-0 in the 2q

deron is on fire

he gets up for games against big time pgs... shooting 48% from 3 since the three

5 in the first quarter so far

i hope deron has this pep in his step in the playoffs... he had his legs like this for a few games earlier this season but then was super slow

keep hating emkee

he's shooting 50% from 3 since the asb and he looks so much better on the court

Hawks with a short bench, saw absolutely nothing regarding DeShawn Stevenson not playing...

sorry i didnt post this earlier

[h=2]HAWKS AT CELTICS, 8 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 7:30PM
TV: ESPN

  • The Hawks will be incredibly short-handed in Boston tonight as big men Zaza Pachuila (achilles), Ivan Johnson (personal reasons) and DeShawn Stevenson (rest) will all miss tonight’s contest. Johan Petro will start at center, alongside Al Horford, Josh Smith, Devin Harris and Jeff Teague.

  • Rajon Rondo tore his right ACL the last time these two teams matched up back on January 25th. Since then, the Celtics have gone 13-4, including an undefeated 8-0 mark at home without their All-Star point guard. Doc Rivers reflected upon his team’s recent success at home. “Most nights it’s the defense. Every night we’ve come in with the right spirit to win. We’ve had very few nights where we weren’t ready to play and that explains [the home win streak] more than anything,” Rivers said.

  • After two double-digit comebacks by both the Hawks and Celtics in their head-to-head matchups this year, Atlanta’s head coach Larry Drew understands the challenge at hand tonight for Atlanta and the unpredictability of the games. ”I just know every time we play this team, we have to bring our best game, because they’re good. They look stronger to me, because they lose a little predictability with Rondo on the floor. They become tougher to defend,” Drew explained.

  • With Austin Rivers going down with a hand injury earlier this week, Doc Rivers reflected on his son’s injury from afar.“It’s too bad. I thought he was playing great. They were keeping him on the floor, but The good part about it is he knows he can play now. It happens and it’s late enough in the year, where he won’t miss too much. It was important for him to get it going before he went down, so that was good,” Rivers said.

[h=2]TRAIL BLAZERS AT SPURS, 8:30 P.M. ET[/h] March 8, 2013 · 7:39PM
TV: League Pass

  • Sasha Pavlovic (right quadriceps) is listed as doubtful for the Trail Blazers (28-32), but he remained in Portland and the date of his return still is uncertain.
  • Gary Neal (left calf tightness) did not play Wednesday for San Antonio (48-14) but is available for tonight’s game. He has missed all but eight 1/2 minutes of the last five games.
  • It’s just been a week since Tony Parker sprained his left ankle (he’s expected to miss three more weeks), but the Spurs have started his rehab process — albeit slowly. “Will Sevening (the Spurs head trainer) said Tony was supposed to start walking on the treadmill today,” coach Gregg Popovich said.
  • These teams have split two games this season and have their final meeting of the season series tonight.

Celtics 16-1 SU at home when leading at halftime.

Hawks 3-14 SU on the road if trailing at halftime.

Been said 1000 times but Josh Smith is easily the most frustrating player in the NBA. Super talented but his game is so 'lazy'...

Why do the C's continue to get 'soft' home lines ?

Its not soft. It's just not the extra hca they used to get. I keep betting against them unfortunately and i love the celtics. I think I'm done doing so the rest of the season.

smoooove is such a dope

lmao...trick pass in crunch time

thats why he aint a stud...no head for game
