"No Doubt" baby! Homie from right here in Las Cruces... I know his trainer, Louie Burke, personally. He trained my buddy in high school who boxed and I actually worked for him briefly back in the day. Twank, u a big boxing guy, u know who Louie Burke is???

I'm gonna be on USS +500. I don't care how big Fury is, he has NO business being -700 over damn near anyone. Fury might get to him, but if Cunningham can stay away, and not gas (asking a lot), he can win.

Agree Jab. The value is definitely with USS, who's faced the far superior competition.

I also think the OVER 8.5 (-120) is worth a look. Cunningham never been stopped...Fury obviously undefeated.

Solid lean for me on Trout at +175. I know he's going into the belly of the beast and has to fight against 35k+ Mexicans as well as Canelo but he did the same thing in MSG against Cotto and, to me, had a pretty easy victory. Canelo is no doubt a younger, stronger, and harder punching fighter than Cotto and has arguably the best body attack in the sport but he hasn't fought anyone with half the boxing skill or movement that Trout has. Although no fault of his own Canelo has been matched VERY carefully by GB and this is a significant step up in not just class but size as Trout is as big as any middleweight on the planet and will be around 175 lbs on fight night. This fight comes down to who can dictate distance, obviously Canelo wants to get in a bang and Trout wants to pick his spots and frustrate Canelo with his movement. I see Trout having a very good chance of forcing his style of fight on Canelo and also has enough power to slow Canelo down if he tries to get inside recklessly. I'm of the opinion that this will be a very close fight from start to finish and see it as complete toss-up fight which we get a great price on Trout.

I hope a book sets a Trout by decision prop as anything above +250 would be fantastic value IMO.

Great stuff, Balrog! Damn, its good to have you here contributing man. You obviously know your boxing.

Totally agree on Trout bro. Trout has the style and footwork to potentially frustrate Canelo. Plus, Trout's got a small height and reach advantage, so, if he keeps his distance and picks his spots, making Canrlo pay for trying to get inside, No Doubt's definitely got a shot at picking up the Decision. I will be surprised if this scrap doesn't go the distance.

I'm watching FNF's with the fellas at the lounge right now. I'll post the odds from 5dimes when I get home.

Good lord, just saw on FNF the ring mag has canelo ahead of trout in their 154 ratings. If GB changing the ring belt rules to complete bullshit wasn't enough this has to be the nail in the coffin on this mag being impartial.

Also hope Fury gets completely embarrassed tomorrow after that blah blah rant about knocking out everyone at heavyweight. Dude, I wouldn't be running my mouth when i haven't fought someone who has sniffed the top 20 at heavyweight in their career.

LOL! Hell yeah Balrog! We were laughin and shaking our heads when Fury was runnin his mouth like that. Would love to see USS embarrass Fury...but that 44 lb weight differential is gonna make it tough. Fury tipped the scales at 254...USS came in at 210.

Nice write up SOB....I agree with alot of your assesment. I like Trout alot. Of course we all think Canelo;s record is inflated.,.....it is. Very curious that Alvarez took this fight. I for one do not think much of Cotto at 154. Great fight vs May, but May let that happen...IMO

Trout is a great boxer....Great jab and can do work. I think Canelo is underrated in a sense...trust me, I know what that sounds like LOL.(I also for one think JCC Jr has the best body work right now)....I really wanna see how Trout's chin is when Canelo touches him. Canelo can fucking bang, and I know Trout can dance but if Trout doesnt have that showing vs an aging Cotto I think the line is higher....

Dont get me wrong...Trout is fantastic. I love a boxer /puncher. Even a Boxer/back up boxer......

Call me crazy but I am leaning Canelo...and maybe a KO prop:shake:

watchin FNF on delay LOL...so cant look

but I agree with you all on USS,,,IF he stays and boxes he can win that fight...CRAZY odds

look at the guy who dropped Fury...LOL...Neven Pajic

17-1(5KOs and the loss by KO)

youtube it....

LMAO! Fury sucks man. If he got dropped by Pakjic with a mediocre right hook like that, USS has every chance in the world to beat him.

I'm on USS now for Half a Unit. Just can't pass up those odds.

Fury does not impress me one bit.

Clev talkin that shit too

I hope USS gets his ass....Clev so big.....chinnyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy tho IMO

Brother Naz might(fuck WILL) have USS ready///. He aint ever been KOd either

USS tipped the scales at 210. Fury weighed in at 254, so...44 lb weight differential.

I agree though bro. Fury's chin failed the test already. Plus, he looks soft.

I am gettin my overrated huge British boxers mixed up btw LOL

when I say Clev or Fury yall know who I mean LOL....Im bomber

Twink, agree with you 100% on Canelo's punching power and it is absolutely the game changer in this fight. Trout showed me a lot being able to go into VERY hostile territory and completely control the fight against Cotto (even if we both agree he's on the down slope of his career.) What I think many people are discarding is Trout's in ring intelligence and I think it will be a big factor in this fight if Canelo cannot do damage to the body early. I feel like Trout gets a bad deal as some kind of thug fighter when in reality I often watch him and think, man this guy reminds me so much of BHOP in fights it is scary. His mind is always working and he always seems to find a way to get in his opponents head and frustrate him. We will for sure see tomorrow as this is for sure the hardest puncher Trout has faced and like I said I really feel this is a total toss up fight and will take the + price on Trout.

Jesus Tec!!!! The poor bastard they put in with Fortuna

That dude couldnt hold his hands right....my God.....

In all the FNFs....Ive never seen one that bad

was he a fill in? This guy had NO BIZ being in there

I know bro. I feel bad for Zamudio. Dude was just in way over his head. Teddy was pissed too...called the early KO before the fight even started, and said he had no business being in there for an interim title shot with a true banger like Fortuna. Teddy basically sayin the rankings were/are a joke.

Agree 100% bro. And believe it or not, NO, he was not a fill in. According to the rankings, Zamudio was a legit interim title contender, which is why Teddy was so pissed.

Fortuna's opponent was an absolute joke tonight and props to Teddy for calling out these boxing org's for their bullshit rankings for even allowing this guy in there. At some point HBO, Showtime, and ESPN need to tell these belt org's that their bullshit non title belts and rankings need independent evaluation or they will not be recognized on american television.

Well said bro.

The Ring is still a nice read but being owned by GB does them no favors. The Ring belt WAS something till they jacked that up(as you know)....now as pointless as the other 'big' 4........

belts still mean a lil something, but not like what The Ring belt was trying to do.....only took 2 years before Oscar fucked it up

The Ring shouldnt be owned by GB...I respect Dougie as a writer and Nigel Collins

Like Eric Raskin too....guess that is why he left LOL(of course he says that shit)

Really bro? KO prop? I can understand liking Canelo, but Trout hasn't exactly shown that he's got a suspect chin or anythin.
vs who? Cotto at 154? nah....I love Delvin but he is a FNF guy at best...warriror but not a KO machine

I love the revenge factor for Rigoberto(Canelo's bro....I know u and SOB know LOL but in case others read)

I think Trouts chin will be tested

I hear ya bro. I guess if I were on Canelo, I'd just feel a lot better without needing a KO for the cash.

Toatlly agree on Trout goin in MSG and winning that fight....we all kinda thought(i bet you did too) Trout would win but worried of the decision goin fairly...bad fight for Cotto....and to me Cotto was best at Jr weltie

This smells of a Cotto/Canelo fall fight(Canelo earning it....I dont suspect fuckery, but this fight is in SA it might as well be in Juanacatlán....

Believe me...the line is set for the reasons I stated and the ones you did.....I lean Canelo. I think he is gonna pop him....I pumped

Believe me tho....I aint bettinga grand on this fight by any means.....this one, the May/Ghost. Lamont/Matty.....and if JMM and Timmy fight are the most interesting fight right now

Peterson v Mattysshe (even throwing out that Lucas is my favorite fighter on the planet) is an absolute war of a fight an I cannot wait. HUGE credit to Peterson taking this fight and you know he will come to battle. That fight has FOTY written all over it. JMM v Bradley also will be fantastic, my brother tells me it's basically a done deal. Floyd v Ghost? who knows. Just tell me its not dipshit Victor Ortiz in that fight and I'm fine, and this is coming from a dude who lived in Lawrence, KS for six years and DEMANDS that ortiz should never be allowed to wear the Jayhawk on his trunks for the rest of his life.
