Week #9 Big Ten Thread

Yeah, not last year.

The 2h last year used 4 QBs

3 TDs in 2h

Pick 6
65 yard drive that bad 45+ yards in MSU personal fouls

The all runs drive the last 3-4 mins that was aided by another PF.

As far as Michigan throwing today, at least the most talented (using this term quite freely) QB is out there.

MSU DL has regressed a bit though....

213 from Oregon
185 from OSU
152 from BC
120 plus from Iowa on 6ypc
Only thing I’ll say is Johnson from Iowa was at like 13 attempts for 25 yards til he broke a 75 yarder in the 4Q.

Fair on others- but OSU/Ore O/run games and OL just light years ahead of UMs imo

Thank you. I was actually surprised at the final numbers there as that's not what I was seeing at HT.

I figured part of this was a deficit all game long.

My initial thinking going in was the big boys vs pedestrian teams was a difference.

I know watching the Oregon game I was quite scared for the MSU team with how the lines performed that night.

Next time, I'll let that low total scare me off in a Nebraska game.

The slow pace contributes but they've fought back a bit this week after the boat racing last week.

Hopefully Rogers prop hits to salvage the day a bit.

Hoosiers benefitting from turnovers for sure.

Bottom line though, they convert on opportunities.

Watch the last minute of the first half of nebraska ohio st if you want to see what I'm talking about as far as officiating in the big ten making it impossible for Nebraska to compete.

Brutal man.

I can't believe this.

I also have an issue with the offense apparently needing 4-5 mins to go half a field too.

Did they burn all their timeouts early? I turned off after OSU missed 3rd down lost my 1h TT.

They burned two early

Indians last two possession have combined for over a quarter of possession.

Wash has 6 mins of possession since the 8 min mark of 2Q -- entering the 4th and it's IU ball.

Manball @HUNT

Not our conference but I clicked on UNC TT early this morning and never decided to submit.

Missed my NT fade too -- thought that game was later.

Sums up my gambling morning.

I wish I could say I was surprised, but this is basically every week for us in the big ten for now 14 years.
Big10 has always protected the upper echelon teams, unfortunately. Sometimes you gotta win by 30 just to win by 3 in this conference.

Absolutely correct. USC has found that out this season. Some of their fans on Twitter are pretty funny.
You Nebraska fans don't, and will never know the half of it for about the last 50 years. Get used to it, although at least challenge flags are in play.

I didn't realize they had such a base till a month ago. The crowds do not reflect as much!

I sat in the visitor section with them when they played here in 2007, I think it was. They kicked our ass, but all their fans were cool.
