Jerry makes all the personnel decisions and I don't see him giving that up again though he once did it for Parcells. Bill can go to Atlanta and have total control since he has shown what a genius he is with the draft.

Probably true. I just wonder if BB will be able to get to be GM too. Does he even want that? Idk.
 
Another thing with Belichick look at his staffs the last few seasons. Letting Matt Patricia call plays for the offense was inexcusable and to be honest O'Brien is not much better. At this point its more than fair to question what kind of staff he will put together and no matter what he needs a solid GM to handle the draft and free agency.
 
If Sirianni is fired the Jets should make the move and get him. I would be willing to throw Saleh overboard for any random homeless guy but Sirianni would be a great choice.

Would be complete chaos to dump a coach one year after making the Super Bowl, especially when making the playoffs this season.

I guess it could be justified with how chaotic things became the last month there but that's the kind of shit only seen is soccer.

Good for Antonio Pierce for taking an interview with the Tits this weekend. I don't remember many interims that try to do anything more than secure their current gigs.

Anyone replacing Saleh better be ok with Hackett as OC because that is non-negotiable.
 
Woody can gain some credibility for the first time in his life by offering Harbaugh 25 million a year and full control but Jim would'nt do it for 50 million a year.

Sirianni isnt liked by his players. He’s not a play caller. He’s going to fizzle out of this league and not get another chance the way this mess unraveled.

Jets with a franchise tackle to be drafted, maybe a vet on the OL too in FA, will be just fine next season. Playoffs coming for sure.

With a good coach and a new offensive line I’d agree but Rodgers cannot overcome the inept Saleh and Hackett combo.
 
Bears really outdoing themselves if they hire Greg Roman as OC. So far he’s just been interviewed but the fact that they would even interview someone like him tells me they are going to screw up with whoever they get.

I think Roman is probably the best scheme for a guy like Fields. He led leading rushing teams in SF and BAL. He cannot keep up with passing in the NFL but he was great for Kap and young Lamar. If they’re keeping Fields this is the only scheme he could be okay in.
 
Bears not firing Eberflus and swinging for fences kills my soul. Worst case scenario you get some asshole yes man who is a replica of Eberflus. A FOOTBALL GUY!

I like fields more than most imo, but you cant pass on those 2
 
All the raiders beat guys say it's almost for sure Pearce as hc, champ kelly who was interim gm is doing the coach interviews as well so they expect he gets full job as well

He’s on Saints staff and honestly should be the GM.

Already gave my thoughts yesterday in the in-game why I think he should be retained. I do chuckle when the media acts indignant about a coach NOT getting fired after going 36-15 and 1-3 in the playoffs but another coach can go 28-22-1 in that same time, 0-2 in the playoffs, watch his teams get scored 66-0 in the first quarter of his last 5 playoff games, see his team surrender an average of 40 points in those playoff games (despite being a defensive minded coach) and the media says the team would be crazy to part ways with him.
 
Jerry Jones really doesn't care about winning. If he kept Jason Garrett as long as he did he may as well go down with Dak and McCarthy.
 
Belichick is going to want a veteran like Russ or Cousins. He's not going to want to deal with a young QB at this stage of his career unless its a no doubt guy like Herbert.
