Del Mar and Santa Anita are definitely worth checking out. I basically grew up at SA. I recall getting out of middle school and heading over to the track to bet the last race(admission would be free then). Watching Cigar’s win streak come to an end at DM was memorable. But watching Zenyatta win the BC Classic at SA was by far the best live sporting event I’ve had the opportunity to witness.

My only claim to fame is I know I guy( think I told Tea this) that I used to sell the shit out his product and he was an old wholesaler…he got to stay in those cabins(still don’t know what these are) and whatever hole those are close to he walked barefoot on the green and blazed one.
