2016 NBA Playoffs: First Round Discussion

This run will just give everyone an opportunity to get a decent live line on GS.

See how they do when Livingston needs a break. Clark too green so they might go with a point forward in Iggy or Draymond handling. Stagnant offense though right now.

Thompson and Iggy were both out as well. Of course Curry out has a big impact, but for the past few minutes it's been Green and the bench on the floor. Barnes wasn't even out there for a bit.

He's available if needed but with the blowout they're keeping him out. Hope he's ok for game 2 Monday.

Harden never shot a FT in today's game. Now that's a crazy stat.

Refs. Mikado told me the following today about the refs. Forgot to post.

"Not liking anything today. Should be low scoring games though, even okc225 is very high for the dubs IMO, but no doubt they can get there, refs make it a little tougher
Yes, slow the game down
Offensive foul emphasis too, particularly moving screens
Hurts Houston IMO.
I gotta watch the first sets before I play next"

ill try to post tomorrow

When capping NBA playoffs always ask yourself who cracked the whip during the regular season?

How much of a margin can a team improve by giving maximum effort?

C's IMO a team that can't improve in the playoffs. Grizzlies zero improvement expected as they've been playing as hard as possible for months now. Bobcats, the same.

Spurs are 5-0 in playoffs since 2007 when laying double digit winning by 20 pts in avg. With the lebron angle in first playoff game, we will have to wait game 2 to see a big dog covering

Davis is a huge under ref

I like under in Cleveland. Detroit would be crazy to not try to slow things down.

LeBron teams always look so-so in the first quarter of big games, 2nd quarter onwards is where they dominate.

Interesting 1q.

-Assertive LeBron

-LeBron 2 offensive fouls that didn't get called

-Lotsa Detroit turnovers.

-The usual 'uggh' Detroit defense

-Great ball movement by Cle

Figuring Cle goes on a run here and lets call halftime 56-47 Cavs.

All the 'Green' Detroiit guys to playoffs shooting lights out, and Reggie has been the one who has struggled.

Just insane shooting by Detroit, noone would have expected that.

They may go on with it in the 2nd half, they may not.

Live by the 3, die by the 3.

One of these 4 big faves was gonna fail, looking like it's the Cavs.

LeCramps 2-8 SU in his last 10 playoff games in which he trailed at the half.

Dude is 4-0 SU and ATS vs the pregame spread in his last 4 first round playoff games in which he trailed at the half though.
