Hoping they drop a clevenger strikeout prop at some point. Passed on Gore yesterday after I realized he was a lefty! (Clearly I don’t know much bout that kid yet, lol) he struggled a bit as scrubbies better vs lhp but he still managed to get 6k’s. Clevenger 1st start wasn’t all that impressive but the important thing to me is they allowed him to throw 94 pitches so clearly he good to go and he did strike out 4 guys in 4.1 innings against a Cleveland team that doesn’t strike out a ton. He should have a much better go of it vs a cubs team that striking out a ton vs rhp the last several weeks and not doing much damage when they do make contact. I assume his number be 5.5, I can’t imagine they can come any higher and it be wishful thinking to expect lower (if it comes out 4.5 Jump all over that shit!).

Thanks buddy, even a blind squirrel occasionally gets one right! Gomber a former cardinal, Feel like I generally have a pretty decent read on him.

They kinda daring us to take a shot at over again (and Rox tonight). Wood has really strong metrics but guys been making harder contact on him, gotta think rox be thrilled to see him after dealing w Rodon filth last night. I don’t love Senzatela but anyone who can survive pitching to contact at coors should be fine in San Fran and that has shown true the few times he has pitched here, I certainly don’t expect him to be dominant tho. Another game with a pretty low total where I think both starters could get touched up. Feel like giants offense starting to pick things up and rox lineup is much tougher for lefties. I usually don’t play side and total but that +180 is pretty tempting and the over just makes sense.
 
It’s a lot warmer in cincy than it been, we saw 4 bombs yesterday and could just be the beginning in that band box. They seeing both these pitchers for 2nd start in a row. Hard to imagine Greene gets crushed as bad as last time but never know, guy has stuff but no clue how to use it, almost be shocking if milw didn’t hit at least a couple bombs and always a strong chance they come after a walk or 2. Kinda tough for me to want to play the over with them moving it up to 8.5 from the redic 7 they hung yesterday but reds have scored a bunch of runs the past 6 games and their pitching hasn’t gotten any better! Think this would probably be at least 9 if offenses around the league wernt off to such a horrid start.

I knew I wasn’t gonna get to casino before it started so I really didn’t look all that much: dunno if either pitcher does better or worse in day starts but I like them both.

Haven’t had any of those crazy bad beats in the mlb but I still recall one from my college days about 16/17 years ago when the dodgers hit back to back to back hrs against the Padres to ruin my bet

May make a play on a parlay of Tigers/Over 5.5 or 6.5 for +135/+160 respectively.

Just the fact that it’s a DH doesn’t make it appealing

Nothing unusual for him, he actually was better at the plate than I expected at beginning this year, looks like it been down hill lately tho. I think he was a great signing regardless how poorly he hits. They desperately needed to upgrade that defense with all those young talented pitchers they have, nothing helps a pitcher more, for my money he the best defensive short stop in the league!
 
Don’t know shit bout either pitcher in stl tonight: pretty sure this a straight up pen game for cards. Warm out, over is tempting but not with way our lineup swinging the bats. O’s getting +145 seems like the play to me.

Do what you gotta do, we don’t warrant that price the way we swinging bats against righties tho, or with it being a game they sure to use some the lessor pen guys.

Long way to go. I just think if ya did like cards their team total woulda made more sense, wouldn’t had to pay all the juice and with the guys they were planning on using today seemed like a pretty safe bet O’s would score some runs. Our offense just been putrid vs rhp and havnt seen many signs of it getting better.
 
Cards pen numbers are a bit fugazi imo, I like their high end guys but they got bunch of dudes who have low era’s that no way are gonna hold with limited ability they have!
 
I fear cards have some tough times ahead until they start hitting/producing runs, per usual the pitching been carrying them but with all the injuries the pitching is not close to the same level it been in past. But as I say, long as I can profit off them sucking then suck away!

Eovaldi +112, I was looking at some adv stats and this line makes no sense. Anderson is hot garbage.
Watkins +180, I don't like Watkins, but I like the Cards less.
