Warriors should win easily here I think and Spurs should win at home.

The Spurs aren't expected to rest any healthy players vs. the Warriors on Thursday.

Owners should look for confirmation on Thursday afternoon, but it appears safe to deploy Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and LaMarcus Aldridge. The Spurs trail the Warriors by 3.5 games with five games left (four for the Warriors) but the teams face each other twice, so San Antonio could conceivably steal the No. 1 seed with one final surge. Thursday's game on TNT should live up to the network's slogan, "We Know Drama."

P:ou margin<=-35 and P:season=season and rest=1 and o:rest=1 and playoffs=0 and total>200 and 2007<=season U/O are 75% in this spot

last meeting went under by more than 35 pts between GS and SA: easy under bet tonight. playoffs intensity coming

SA is 23-14 U/O away and avg pts this season over last 2 meetings is 188 pts.

lean SAC-4.5 or SAC-MIN U221 cause away teams off a win vs GS this season are 0-4 ATS. letdown also applies for total in a certain extent

cavaliers just can't win when lebron is out. funny to see the exact same problems cavs have when lebron played in cleveland before the miami deal

those who don't know the story are those who gonna live it again "Karl Marx"

just noticed it's quite important when looking at previous season meetings to know how much days rest had each team entering those match ups

one last spot i'm waiting before turning my eyes to NBA playoffs and MLB is teams playing 4 games in 5 nights when opponent is rested. makes sense to bet against unrested teams in the end of regular season because of accumulated fatigue over whole season + teams resting deliberately key players for playoffs.

on april 9th gonna grab suns vs pelicans:rest=0 and p:rest=1 and pp:rest=0 and month=4 and o:rest>0 and 2007<=season
68%ATS spot for suns. just hope pels will be off a win in their previous game

last meeting went under by more than 35 pts between GS and SA: easy under bet tonight. playoffs intensity coming

3 things I don't like about this

(1) GS, last 2 games notwithstanding, have been conditioning their backers for awhile to expect low/er scoring games from them (8-2 to Under L10 prior to their last 2 Overs, 1 of which needed an OT period to cash). I can't see their last 2 results putting a dent in such expectations, esp. when, as noted, their last meeting with SAS went under by such a large amount. SAS has also been conditioning bettors for even longer to expect low/er scoring games: 15-6 to Under L21 & 9-1 to Under L10 away. All this adds up to recent history selling the notion to not hesitate betting the Under here.

(2) The one low scoring game between these teams this season took place in SA (166 pts), the one high scoring (210 pts) in Oaktown (reflecting last seasons results: 199 pts @SA, 223 & 209 pts @Oak). That's what I'd expect (SA to be the lower scoring venue), and that's what I'd expect again over this double-header.

(3) Even with all these obvious & easily found Under stats, the line opened 210 (now 209). The drop I'd expect, it opening so high I'd not expect if those setting it believed another easy under was on the way.

If I didn't have
live total betting for this one, I'd leave this one alone and hope it goes Over, thus setting up perfectly a rematch Under at the naturally lower scoring venue (refs assignments not being terrible, naturally). As it is, I think this game should at least hit 200 pts. Any in-game line lower than 195 will be hard to pass up.

@BC: valid arguments , also a win by SA would set up a fantastic fade vs nuggets in DEN high altitude tomorrow, possibly with ginobili/duncan/parker out

Chicago has been on a major under streak.

However before those unders, Miami did reel off eight straight OVERS. Looks like the times are changing though perhaps.

Take Sacramento with Minny coming off their super bowl win?

Agree also the past 6 weeks a team coming off a road win as a dog is 3-14 in there next game as a dog.
That's always been a angle of mine with a slight difference a team wins as a dog and is a dog the next night on a B2B I always fade that team Sac -5 it is.

GL man, I'm on them too.

I fully understand the Rockets are useless bums, but under the present circumstances, couldn't they be bet on to put the bum-rush on the Suns tonight?

based on current form you would wait till half then play the rox....been good lately

the board has the look of a dog night....noy sure how we can lay so many points against the world renowned spurs...but i'm tempted

raps getting 6 against a team they have already beaten three times this year...but i realize positioning is in place for the hawks...

minn functional, sac disfunctional....but i realize minn coming off big win....still it's sac with everyone sitting and they just don't win without demarcus...

suns may be good 1h as rox are so lazy they only seem to try when they have to

situation dictates an under play with the heat/bulls as both teams can play d but bulls so freakin inconsistent

Bazemore out for the Hawks.

Bellineli and Caspi also out for the Kings. As nbafan said, Rondo and Cousins already out. That's a lot of fire power out for the Kings. Depth could be an issue when the starters need rest. With an over/under at 221 I need to look at the UNDER.

cavaliers just can't win when lebron is out. funny to see the exact same problems cavs have when lebron played in cleveland before the miami deal

those who don't know the story are those who gonna live it again "Karl Marx"

Lebron thought he was teaming up with "winners".... Love & Kyrie are not.

Lebron is stupid for leaving Miami.

i wouldnt touch the under...... and omri & marco have been out....

just look at the kings game in Denver

the total went up after rondo and cousins were announced out.... im thinking to take the over

How was he stupid for leaving Miami ? He went to the Finals last year. If he had stayed in Miami they would not have won the Title and considering what was to come for Miami with Chris Bosh's health problems LeBron is clearly in a much better position to win a ring in Cleveland.

completely disagree

the heat are in a better position to win the east than the cavs are, even without lebron.... and if they do somehow matchup against each other i'll take miami

Lebron went back "home" for his personal reasons and to team up with guys who he thought would take a load off his shoulders in his last 5 or so years of championship level talent.... he was clearly wrong.

Organization wise the difference between Miami & Cleveland is huge.

just dont get why he wanted to be with two guys that dont play defense... it puzzles me to this day

You said the Hawks last season would also challenge the Cavs. They got swept.

Miami has zero shot to win the East. Will be lucky to get past Boston or ATL.

They got swept because sefolosha was assaulted by the nypd

and yes im serious

we'll see what happens... the heat are a much more complete team and are built for playoff basketball

my point was Lebron is stuck doing all the heavy lifting, the team is terrible without him

i digress

the suns are killing the rockets in 2nd chance points.... houston's effort on d is disgusting

Par for the course really with their defense. Disgusting is a great way to describe it, that's for sure.

they dont even try to rebound

I wish I could find the video clip of the times this year that Harden has literally moved out of the way of guys going to the hole, or running away from the hoop when a rebound is about to come off...dude has to be one of the worst 5 defenders in the league.

ok now they actually started playing....

its really just a case of the suns

beverely just turned up the intensity last three possessions... and bam

nobody really wants to see the rockets in the playoffs

didnt think it would be this bad though

This is the first time in nba history there have been two 65 game winning teams playing each other in the regular season. Glad Pop is playing his guys. Should be a good one.

well the rockets intentionally fouled down three with 1:48 left

then again down 5 with 1:03 left

good riddance houston

its hilarious that bev is the only one who tries to get defensive rebounds

please retire dwight

Should be a good one for sure. Kinda surprised Pop isn't resting guys tonight only because I figured he wouldn't be resting guys when the play GS in SA in a few days due to them having the shot at going undefeated at home for the season (which has never been done).

I believe they still have a shot for the 1 seed. Obviously it would be hard to get but if there's a chance, Pop should try and get it. They play the dubs twice so that's 2 games they can get there.

The Rockets are the biggest under achievers in the league this year. It's embarrassing. Washington and Chicago are pretty loaded teams too who aren't going to make the playoffs.
