He's going to get at least 8 million a year from Miami so he's more than ok financially wherever he goes. I would love him to stay in Oregon and Kiffin get hired at Miami but its not going to happen.

That's a good point, but i think what he said in the past was, in effect, "I'm happy, and you have to be careful not to screw up happy".

41 to Iowa State
31 to Baylor
then, after he did Not win the award, we all know the beautiful performance giving up 9 TD's to LSU, a whopping 63 points. even though LSU and Burrow were incredible that season, only N'Western State and Vandy gave up more (66 and 65 respectively) to that Tiger edition.
i simply do not get the fascination with this DC who has been barely above avg at best at Wazzu, Ohio State, and Oklahoma.
Maybe HC's keep him around because he is a trustworthy guy not stabbing them in the back trying to take their jobs when they are not in the room............
