Pretty much a regular
First off, wanted to say hello as i am new to the forum. I have posted on twitter for the past few years and a couple friends suggested i post on here. On here, when i have the time i can elaborate a little bit more on why i like the games and such. I am not a professional and am not selling anything. I simply thought it would be fun to get some feedback and such on my plays and share information. Again, I have consistently won in sports betting over the years but that does not by any means mean i havent had a bad week, month, year, etc. All that being said i am not asking anyone to tail so please don't lash out at me if i have a losing day or week. My goal is to be up money at the end of the year. If i end up +5$ at the end of the year well that is a win in my book. Any time i do not lose on the day it is considered a win. I really enjoy sports and love digging into information is why i do this. I work a full time job and by no means consider this my profession. I like anyone else can learn from other cappers and in life you can never stop learning. Alright enough with the intro lets get to the plays:

Play #1: Twins +118. Santana has an outstanding past the last few years in April and has done very well against the O's hitters in his career. Twins are also a team on my radar that should be undervalued at the start of the season by vegas and many bettors. They are loaded with young talent and a solid lineup. I also played the win total Over 78.5 as i think they will get more than 80 wins this year. On the other end Tillman has been decent over the years at home but i do not think he should be this much of a favorite. Ill ride twins today as i see plenty of value on them today. Twins +118 (100 to win 118)

Play #2: Indians +100
. Kluber coming off a somewhat of a down year i think he bounces back big time this year but thats not the reason for the play today. RSox hitters are a career 15 for 75 off of him with 22 K's. Kluber always seem to be at his best in his home park and I expect the same today. The tribe hitters should be very familiar with price as they have faced him plenty in their career. Team is 53 for 221 lifetime against price. a .240 average. They do have a ton of strikeouts but Price is a strikeout guy. I think Kluber at home Even money has plenty of value against almost anyone in the league. Indians +100 (100 to win 100)

Play #3: Jays/Rays Over 7.5 Runs (-123). RA Dickey was awful away from home and in 8 starts at the Trop has a 4.53 ERA. Everything points to both teams piling up some runs today. Weather wont be a factor inside and that turf usually allows some balls to slide through the infield that wouldn't normally get through. On the other end, it is the Jays lineup vs a Lefty. They can easily put up 8 runs themselves on any given day and especially against a lefty. Jays hit .278 off lefties as a team last year and this year shouldn't be any different. Jays/Rays Over 7.5 Runs (-123 (123 to win 100)

Recap: Twins +118, Indians +100, Jays/Rays Over 7.5. All for 1 unit. My 1 unit is 100$. Just because im risking 100$ per play doesnt mean you have to stick to your normal unit. If your normal unit is 10$ then play 10$ per play. If its 25$ play 25$ per play. Half the battle in being successful is money management and being smart. if your bankroll is 500$ dont wager 300$ in plays in 1 day thats asking to lose.

Also feel free to comment or give reasons you like the plays or dislike the plays. Thanks and goodluck

Other adds for today:

Play #4: Seattle Mariners +117: Felix Hernandez in april has been as good as they come over the last few years. Hernandez has held down the rangers lineup for the most part other than Andrus. On the other side, The M's batters have a .261 lifetime average against hamels and as a team had a 9th best .264 average against lefties last year. I also think the Mariners like the Twins are going to be undervalued to start the season as they have some very good young talent mixed in with some veteran stability in the middle of the lineup. Mariners +117 (100 to win 117)

Play #5: White Sox -120: Umm if you take Billy Butler out of the equation the A's hitters are 11 for 72 lifetime against Sale with 3 RBI's and 22K's. So at -120 I will take the much better lineup and the much better arm that has dominated the A's in the past. White Sox -120 (120 to win 100)

Play #6: Angels +128: Garret Richards was 10-4 at home last year with a 2.92 ERA. Arietta was unreal last year and should come back down to earth a little this year. Don't get me wrong Arietta is good but the end of last year was just insane and no way he can keep up that dominance. This will also be the first time most of the cubs hitters see Richards. Richards can Pile up the K's against a Strikeout prone team and should keep that Cub power at bay with that 2 seam sinker that dives down and gets a lot of groundball outs. Angels +128 (100 to win 128)

Plays are final no further adds for me today:

Recap: Twins +118, Indians +100, Rays/Jays Over 7.5, Mariners +117, White Sox -120, Angels +128.

Nice writeups. Only disagreement so far are White Sox and Twins. Os barely made cut for me. As for Sox/As, Gray actually has a .522 OPS against vs. White Sox batters. I don't like White Sox lineup much outside of Abreua or their pen if it gets to it. Best of health on that one.

2 wins, 3 losses yesterday -100$ total

Only early play is tribe -105 today (105 to win 100) I wrote about it yesterday

I will have some plays later for tonight and some write ups just the tribe for now though

Play 1: Indians -105 (105 to win 100)

Play 2: Dodgers/Padres Over 7 Runs (-120). Padres as a team have outstanding career numbers vs kazmir. they are lifetime 24 for 75 against him .329 average. Shields ERA seems to be creeping up and up as the years go on. Dodgers lineup is plenty good enough to get him for some runs and Padres who have great numbers off Kazmir should come out with fire after that woopin they took yesterday. LAD/SD Over 7 runs -120 (144 to win 120)

Play 3: Oakland A's +107 (100 to win 107)
. For whatever reason Quintana has beyond struggled at the Coliseum and Bassitt despite an awful record has pitched very well at home. I think get a lot of value with the youngster tonight.

PLay 4: Jays/Rays Under 8 runs (110 to win 100). Both Pitchers are young and only will get better. They have also both dominated the opposing teams. The teams combine offenses have combined for 20 for 118 lifetime against the two. Runs should be at a premium so i'll ride the Under.

Sorry guys dont have much time for writeups tried to sum as much as i could.

Good luck tonight! how about that basketball game last night wow that was an all timer

Today's card in a bit

Here we go again! Hold your breath I am backing the Phillies in a couple ways again. I really don't want to after them blowing three straight leads but my numbers say to do it and i try to stick directly to my numbers although every now and then i will throw in a gut play but without further delay.

Play: Phillies +0.5 1st 5 Innings +140 (50 to win 70)
Play: Phillies/Mets Under 3.5 1st 5 Innings (-105) (105 to win 100)

Reasoning- Jared Eickhoff is a good young arm that can really roll if the strikeouts are there. The Mets park is more forgiving and to be honest I'm not even close to being sold on this Mets offense. I think runs will be at a premium in this game. And the Phillies offense is bad enough with Franco and he got hit on the elbow yesterday and will not play today. Phillies actually have hit Degrom decent in the past however this Phillies team is just not good. I went 1st 5 innings bets due to what i have seen out of the Phils pen the last three days. It is awful and that may be an understatement. This game is a 1 o clock start time FYI. Come on Eickhoff hold the mets down for 5 innings.

Play: Tigers -115 1st 5 innings (80 to win 70)
PLay: Tigers/Yanks Under 4 1st 5 (-105) (84 to win 80
)

Reasoning: Weather is good and cold in the Motor City today. Zimmerman usually doesn't beat himself as he throws a lot of strikes and has solid stuff. He is also one of those guys that have always pitched great in his home park. Yes i know this is his 1st start in Detroit but this is his new home. His numbers are really solid against the Yanks career wise. On the other end Serevino a good young arm, if he can get through the 1st inning without any damage, he should settle in nicely. This should be similar to the Mets/Phils game in terms of runs being at a premium. Again, I played 1st 5 innings because i give a big edge to Yanks if it turns into a bullpen game. I will have more plays later. This game also a 1 o clock start!

Recap: Phils +0.5 (1st 5 innings), Phils/Mets under 3.5 (1st 5 innings), Tigers -115 (1st 5 innings), Tigers/Yanks Under 4 (1st 5 innings)

Lets find a way to make it back to back winning days!

Thanks malapeet! Figured i can elaborate on the reasons i like the plays and stay a little more organized. A couple people suggested i do this so figured i would give it a shot!

Hard to argue with the add with him 3-0 over Kershaw at the site and every game had gone under.

4/19:
Phillies -105 (105 to win 109).. Velasquez has been oustanding as of late and faces a less than powerful mets offense

Rockies/Reds over 8.5 (120 to win 100)
Stephenson is a solid prospect but I looked for Rockies to get into that Reds pen around the 5th and that pen is awful... Reds should scratch together some runs also like this one over

Tigers +125 (100 to win 125) Greene is a solid dog.

Yankees -1.5 runs +120 (100 to win 120) Pineda at home vs surkamp... All edges point to Yankees. They should win by at least 2 or 3 runs

Mariners/tribe under 7.5 (110 to win 100)
Carrasco has been unreal and the Indians have really struggled vs lefties this year and last. Hopefully the bullpens can hold it down. Runs should be at a premium.

That's all the time. Not much of a write up I know but just don't have as much time right now.. Good luck tonight!
