Write ups today:

2 plays in rays at yanks (play #1 Rays/Yanks Under 7.5) (play #2 Rays/Yanks Under 4 1st 5 innings) Rays hitters in their career vs Pineda 19 for 79 with only 7 extra base hits and 21 K's. Pineda historically a little better day pitcher than night and has held lefties to a .240 average last couple years. Smyly on the other side a good young lefty who has owned yanks hitters career wise. Yanks hitters against him are 6 for 43 yes that is 6 for 43 a .140 average with only 1 extra base hit and that was a homer by chase headly. Look for runs to be at a premium here. weather is nice but temp a little colder in the northeast today.

Play: Rays/Yanks Under 7.5 (180 to win 150)
Play: Rays/Yanks Under 4 1st 5 innings (115 to win 100)

Athletics at Jays: Drew Hutchison was 11-2 at home in the Rogre Centre last year with a 2.91 ERA an absolutely atrocious every where else. The good news is he is at home today and the Jays also face a lefty which if you know any thing about the Jays they own lefties. I don't play run lines very often but i see a repeat of yesterdays game between the Jays and athletics i like the jays to put up some runs.

Plays in this game:
Jays 1st 5 -0.5 runs (60 to win 50)
Jays -1.5 runs +100 (150 to win 150)
Jays team total Over 5 (60 to win 50)

Next Game Rangers/White Sox: Matt Latos has been lights out this year and Holland has been solid. I am only playing this because for whatever reason it moved from 8 to 8.5 at some books. Latos has done well against the Rangers hitters in the past and Holland has been a solid road pitcher the last few years. Gut feel it stays under 8.5 barely

Rangers/White Sox Under 8.5 runs (115 to win 100)

Shoemaker gets his home park today with minimal juice after two very solid starts on the road. Wade Miley has done well against rangers hitters in the past but Miley has been awful this year with a capital A. Miley can pile up the strike outs at times but Angels are a convincing play today for me. PLay Angels -115 (172 to win 150)

Sunday night game i am going over 9 runs at (+110). Feldman always seems to give up runs at home and Red sox have pounded him in the past. Astros lineup is always good for some runs. I don't have much info to go off on Henry Owens but he has been far from dominate in his few starts in the bigs

Play: Sox/Stros over 9 runs +110 (100 to win 110)

Recap:

Rays/Yanks Under 7.5 (180 to win 150)
Rays/Yanks Under 4 1st 5 innings (115 to win 100)
Jays 1st 5 -0.5 runs (60 to win 50)
Jays -1.5 runs +100 (150 to win 150)
Jays team total Over 5 (60 to win 50)
Rangers/White Sox Under 8.5 runs (115 to win 100
Angels -115 (172 to win 150)
Sox/Stros over 9 runs +110 (100 to win 110)

Porcello has gotten lit in his career vs braves hitters. Markakis 11 for 27, Francour 9 for 23, Beckham 15 for 32, Lifetime braves are 57 for 186 .306 average with 17 extra base hits and only 30 strikeouts. I see a lot of value on the braves today. Porcello has no business being a -140 road favorite against a Braves team. I know Tehran has historically bad numbers against the Sox hitters also but he is a good young arm and when he is right he can be very swing and miss right! He also is a different pitcher at home he is 22 wins 10 losses at home with a 2.66 ERA at turner field in his last 3 years. He is off to a slow start this year but his last start was not all that bad. Getting Atlanta's best arm at home at +130 is a steal against a mediocre Rick Procello.

Plays in this game:
Braves 1st 5 +110 (80 to win 88)
Braves full Game +130 (70 to win 91)

Syndergaard against the Reds looks like video game stats if you look them up. The reds are a lifetime 3 for 34 against him .088 average with 8 ks. This reds team cannot hit and the way Syndergaard has been throwing it may be a repeat of the Jake Arietta game. The good news is the Reds should be able to keep it close with Iglasias on the mound. This kid has swing and miss stuff and he is a star in the making IMO. This game is a good old fashion pitchers duel. Reds pen is the only thing that is scary to me in this game thats why i will split the play between 1st 5 and full game.

Plays
Reds/Mets Under 3.5 runs 1st 5 innnings (-130) (91 to win 70)
Reds/Mets full game Under 6.5 Runs -105 (105 to win 100)

Really liking this card i have put together as i see a lot of value on this game as well. Zimmerman has been outstanding to start the year. I mean he has yet to give up a run. I expect him to continue. He is in his home park where he has seem to strive over his career (being at home, not in detroit obviously) . Numbers against Oakland hitters lifetime are solid on the other side Graveman against the tigers hitters has held them down also. Graveman off to a solid under the radar start and should continue. I thought for absolute sure this game would be a 7.5 and its 8 with low juice. either i am off or the books are off.

Oak/Det Under 8 (-105) (105 to win 100)
Oak/Det Under 4 (+105) 1st 5 inn (100 to win 105)

Going to do a little cross sport parlay just to reduce the juice on this one. Salazar one of the best young arms in the game against a team that is struggling mightily. The Twins run out Tommy Milone who just has been plain bad this year. Tribe also has put together a very nice little stretch the last few days and it should continue tonight:

Play: Money line parlay: Tribe -137/ OKC Thunder 1st half money line -600 (risking 100 to win 102)

Another Cross sport parlay to reduce juice. I think the blues win tonight but to be safe im taking the +1.5 puck line with Home Stroman

Play: Jays -170/Blues +1.5 (risking 100 to win 110)

Card is final. I really like this card

Well guys struck out yesterday. Had a lot of bad luck but thats part of MLB betting. The goal is to win in the long term it is only the 1st month. We were up 9 units at one point and are now down on the year. That being said, stick with me and stay composed. A lot of people end up getting themselves really hurt during a bad run because they use the mentality i lose 1k last night so i need to bet 2k tonight to get it all back and then some. You cannot do that! thats when you will get killed. Stick with it ride out the bad streaks until the good streaks get here. The tribe loss was a bad luck and missed call. Reds under should have got there. Tigers first 5 under was cruising until wheels fell off in the 5th for the A's. And the Jays pen blew a 4 run lead late. Got just what i wanted from Tehran and the braves and they still lost with only giving up 1 run. It was a good run of bad luck last night for any of you Clint Black fans. All that being said here is yesterdays recap and tonight's plays.

Here are toinghts plays 4/26:

Tigers +120 (100 to win 120). Pelfry has been solid to start the year despite him being 0-3. Rich Hill is over valued on the road in this game. Hill against this Tigers lineup should lead to plenty of Tigers runs.

A's/Tigers Over 9 (+100) (70 to win 70) The A's should get some runs but the Tigers should get more.

I usually do not play this prop because it seems that teams score in the first inning a lot of times. However, I am deviating from the normal rules because of these numbers. here are Wisler's stats this year on his 1st 15 pitches. 23 at bats against him only 3 hits and 5 K's. Price doesn't have as good of numbers on the first 15 pitches but he is coming off an outing where he got lit. He should be extra focused against a bad offensive team.

Red Sox/Braves no score in 1st innings (130 to win 100)

Yankees at Rangers. I get the better lineup & a better arm at home at +105. I will take it all day everyday. bullpen advantage is yankees but i will still ride the Rangers.

Rangers +105 (100 to win 105)

Cross sport money line parlay. Astros -138 and Karolina Pliskova (WTA Tennis) -375. Pliskova is a 6:30 AM start tomorrow.

Stros -138/Pliskova -375 (Risking 100 to win 120)

Recap if you do not want to read my nonsense:

Tigers +120 (100 to win 120)
A's/Tigers Over 9 (+100) (70 to win 70)
Red Sox/Braves no score in 1st innings (130 to win 100)
Rangers +105 (100 to win 105)
Stros -138/Pliskova -375 (Risking 100 to win 120)

The free fall continued last night if I don't turn it around tonight will take a day or two off maybe idk though I have been victim of some very bad luck lately plays in a few

Tonight i have a rare big play! This is not a chase its all from numbers i have this game capped at 7. Tomlin has been outstanding for the start of this year and dating back to last year. He is a very underrated arm. The twins are throwing the youngster berrios and if you havent seen this kid well you should tune in. He is a top prospect with some serious potential. He is good with a capital G. He usually is around the zone also which is a big positive especially with his stuff.
Play: Tribe/Twins Under 4 1st 5 innings (247 to win 225)
Play: Tribe/Twins Under 8 -110 (137 to win 125)

Here are my others no time for writeups:

Oak/Det Under 8 (110 to win 100)
Dbacks -120 (120 to win 100)
Marlins +150 (80 to win 120)
Angels -125 (125 to win 100)

Some dog plays just based on value would like to get 1 out of the 2
Reds +200 (50 to win 100)
Brewers +320 (50 to win 160)... very very rare to see a line this high in bases in april.

NBA if anyone cares:
Heat -3 1st half (165 tw 150)

Tonight MLB:

The Tribe has cost me a ton of money this year but again my numbers point them and i have to stick with my numbers. Tomlin has fared well this year and against the tigers in his career while the Indians have been Verlander's nemesis throughout his career.

Indians -125 (125 to win 100)
Indians -1.5 (100 to win 160)

Braves have also been bad this year but I am high on the young kid Wisler and Harvey has been straight fade material this year. There is no reason Harver should be -210 at this point in the year even if it is against the BRaves

Braves +200 (75 to win 150)

Angels -120 (120 to win 100)
Dbacks +100 (150 to win 150)
