If they're promoting equality without doing it themselves, it certainly looks pretty bad. But the wage gap isn't necessarily that true to begin with, across the entire country.

I don't know how common it is really - I've seen it very few times (IMO) having 20 years experience in accounting. I know at my last 2 jobs, my replacements (men) made considerably less than I did. Seems like you hear about it more with movie stars and such.

We can certainly continue in the politics forum, but by and large, it's a complete myth.
 
Not sure who the MVP will be assuming the Falcons hang on to win, but it should be the entire defensive line.
 
That missed XP did nothing but cost me (and others I'm sure) the 3rd quarter over now.
