Yes. Not at high level, high paying positions. Maybe answering phones and since all those peeps are women they pay them equal. lol I think it's bullshit to try to capitalize on the climate right now by saying you are some kind of equality company when it appears to be bullshit.

And I am not one that says you have to have the same number of women. I believe in having the best person for the job. I also think that sometimes men make more not because they are me per se but because they negotiate better. That would be on women to better negotiate.
