I've been everywhere in New York. Lake Placid was great, but the couple times I was there it was cold as fuck. West was better. Vail. I really want to go to some of the other spots, Jackson Hole is on my list. Expensive hobby.

We drove out west last summer for a few weeks, camped and all that stuff. I think a ski trip would cost 5X as much. My wife doesn't even like to ski. I need passion for a four-person ski trip. And I have no problem going it alone. The outdoors isn't for everybody.
