Eflin interests me as he's been getting some hard luck in his record (2-4) but has been better and the K numbers have been good (6 straight 6+ and 7 of 8)

McHugh then the flurry of TB relievers is always tough to beat, but not sure exactly how they'll go and whether Wacha or Fleming will eat innings

PHI bullpen couldn't get the job done yesterday, but should all be available today. Alvarado was brought into a tight spot in the 8th ayer and nearly wiggled out, but couldn't and that was it. I guess the PHI bullpen is still a concern if we're being fair, but priced only 44% to win this one

Skooby's arrival game? It's no secret that Skooby has not pitched like an mlb pitcher this year. We can give him a pass as he jumped from AA to MLB. He's started to flip the switch last couple and after looking completely over matched earlier in the year to the yankees, he's going against them again and looking great.
