As I post this the spread in Boston is 9 at 5 dimes and the Greek and 9.5 minus 6 cents for Dallas at Pinnacle. Sounds like a Pinnacle position.

Keep in mind that my track record in Spurs games this season has been terrible. That said I intend to make a fairly good bet on the first half under tomorrow. Obviously no number out yet. Could easily be wrong.

Clippers have 2 scoring mainstays coming off season highs:
Thornton 34 pts - hasn't scored 24+ pts in 2 consecutive games this season, and
Gordon 41 pts - has only once scored 30+ pts in consecutive games this season.

Anyone have this feeling that Boston could blow Dallas out tomorrow? I think the Mavs are the type to rollover. Not saying that's my play.

Think you have to consider the Spurs. last 4 they are playing defense and working on their rebounding. Kobe may be less than Kobe with the injury and the Lakers have not shown much against over 500 teams without injury. Put it another way. Since the last game which team has gotten better and which team has gotten worse. Not seeing much benefit coming to the Lakers from their last 2 games.
Regarding the boston game lean to boston since Pinn wants people to bet Dallas at their book also the box scores from the last Dallas game were so weird it seemed twilight zone material. Have No idea what was happening there. But nervous about betting. Last 10 as an over 8 dog they are 5-5 ats. Hard to make much on them or against them. Bonnies plus 8 first half vs Dayton looks bad from history but very good other ways. Bet 1 unit on it but it could lose

C's, Raps, Pacers, Nuggets

Calderon back in the lineup gives this Toronto team a whole new indentity. Think Raps start their run towards .500 now that they're healthy and start taking care of business in these type games

Kleiza 30+ minutes = 25+ points... not a real big drop-off from Melo if you ask me

Hoppin' on Granger's back, laying the short # and ridin' out the four game home streak

Would lay up to ten with Dallas.. C's are back, couple days to rest, catching the Mavs in a prime spot imo... coming in real satisfied taking two of three on the road, blastin' the stons with gawdy #'s, heading into the finale of a four game road stretch. Dallas just matches up poorly with the C's if you ask me.. feel like Dal hangs tough for a quarter before it gets ugly

i will probably be going huge on bos 1h. i noticed that bos has been starting out strong in the last few games and i honestly think dal is going to come out slumping, feeling a bit too confident after winning at detroit. however, i dont know if bos will cover the entire game, since dal has the tendency to come back in 2h's

also will be on spurs/lakers under 1h, sa knows that the only chance to have in this game is playing defence since last time they played, it was over 100's for both teams, and even though sa's offense was good, lakers were better. thus, they know defense is the key

raps 1h and game, i agree that they will go on a run, however, not too confident about the far future. since the trade between JO and Marion is unclear, but for now, they should handle things. the kings fought hard vs mil and had the game in hand for most of the game, so i see a let down and i dont see who will handle raps front court. on top of that, raps play well against a team without a dominate pg, since caddy cant guard anyone, so the raps won't be getting burned by the kings

Examine Dallas at Boston? Might take a tooth ache instead. Boston has won 11 in a row at home on Sunday. Dallas has had good success in the past at Minn and Seattle so Garnett and Ray are very interested in nailing them. Dallas had a 7 game winning streak against
boston before the new crew got there. They then lost 1 game to the old
Boston at Boston and one game at home that was low scoring to the new
Boston.
Dallas is not happy or content in any way with recent play as a 5-5 record last 10 does not look good in the
west for the playoffs. Dallas has won 5 of their last 12 road games. 5=6 ats record last 11 on the road. As I said earlier their last win against Detroit is something out of fantasy so no idea how to evaluate it as Detroit is just almost a total mystery.
Dallas just has no top quality road wins of teams that are playing well. Boston has been very inconsistent at home in the first half against reasonable teams. Boston's biggest weakness is turnovers. Last game just 11 but the game before 21 so that has not really been solved. Last 20 at home
boston ats is 13-7 with 7 games against reasonable teams where they did not cover. Compare this to
cleveland with a 16-4 home ats record and it looks bad but it is still 65%. It does not make much sense to like Dallas here. its also hard for me to make a large bet on
boston first half when most of the season they have tended to wait for the second half to finish teams. .....what i did was make a small bet on Boston minus 9 so I still have some profit with any early knock out and i intend to wait for half time and hopefully go with a second half or third quarter bet on Boston. But I do not want to be too involved until I see how the game plays. Dallas has some very good players. The swing will be if Kidd is playing well or having another brick session and at halftime I will be able to tell. Dallas does have a look a head to Golden State while nothing important is coming for Boston. Boston has been just taking over immediately last 5 games. That might continue but not one of their last 5 opponents has come close to trying to play basketball so i am not sure how much of this is boston and how much is mental problems of the other team. So i am left with a small bet on
boston that I hope to increase safely at half time if Kidd is struggling and I will be just fine with it if Boston dominates from the beginning and I win a small bet
Dallas has frequently faltered in the third so that or just a second half bet both look positive but waiting lets me check
boston turnovers as well. That is all I see here.

Fade me, but I have a feeling Boston just smothers Dallas and Dallas is a team to me that doesn't seem to handle adversity well. Not a chemistry type team.

I am hearing a lot of love for Denver here. Far from sure what to do in this game but would be looking at Utah. AK is likely to be back and we are talking about a team that has owned Denver with Carmelo playing. Denver is playing with extra rest where they are 1-3 ats. Utah at Denver is 4-1 su and ats last 5 trips and is 6-4 su last 10 away after a loss so we are dealing with 2 teams here who have not been playing well or really covering against good opposition and any action is very dangerous.

I am aware many are thinking about the rockets. So am I but once again we are talking about damaged goods with their starters that is 2-6 last 8 away at a place they never win at where something very strange is going on. That may be good. I am not going to reproduce the Dallas-Detroit box scores as they are like looking into a fun show mirror at a circus and defy understanding but when you do not know the rules of the game it is sometimes hard to win. That said i may bet Houston as it sets up well in other ways but really Nothing would surprise me in that game.

Only played Under 193 in the Boston game so far. Still trying to figure out why the line is so high in the Toronto game.

maybe we're looking at different box scores but the C's have been dominating the first half away or at home in their last 6 games, ever since the OT win over toronto. thats the only game they were outscored in the 1H

dal has been up and down in the last couple of games

Same count. That is 5 games that they have dominated with no opposition. Maybe it will be easy. Hope so. Have a little on the Celtic game under first half. Just a little.
Not sure about Utah either. Need time to think. Utah generally a disaster b-b on the road. Lets just think and get info.

also, it seems like an entire rockets team might be showing up and playing vs det.

even though, it might seem like there may be chemistry problems since tmac and artest have been out for so many games, and the rockets tend to play better without their stars, but its not like det has good chemistry.

the biggest problem with det is that they have been held under 100 points in their last 10 games in regulation and they barely go to the line, which looks good for yao to stay out of foul trouble and houston goes to the line a fair bit and has a good ft%

i think the suns are not getting credit for their team. yes they have been struggling. yes nash is not as dominate as the last few years. yes this team looks a lot better on paper than on the court. however, being a dog to atl is weird imo. I like suns 1h and i think they will be leading for most of the game. a quick glance over these 2 teams history shows a dominating series for phx and also, i dont know who will be defending phx's front court of shaq and amare

horford is out and i think phx's backcourt can match up with atl's. nash > bibby and jj and jrich kinda cancel out. if anything, jj has the edge but he's the type of player to be on or off. he can shoot lights out or have a 4/24 type of game

Just 1 unit. It makes much sense but my track record on Spurs games this year is too poor to really move up. Would fit their profile as a road dog very well though. No referee info vs these teams available yet. Am playing the Spurs. They have said all along the goal was to be able to beat LA. Last few games they have focused on defense and rebounding and LA has focused on running around in circles along with Kobe's injury.

Turns out the strategy of giving up over 30 a quarter is not working for Dallas. Unlucky.

Glad we cashed with the Bonnies but much too close. going against history very suspect had 2 others I could have played no real negatives and they both were butter.

thanks for the bonnies pick. hope you tailed me on C's 1h, if not, nice hit on game.

i like sa under 1h and sa 1h as well. think lakers will be on their heels today. have a feeling kobe wont be kobe, if it hits, probably be on suns 1h and raps 1h.

BOL

i was eyeing the T-Wolves and just strange scheduling/coincidence here. They havent had a game on 1 day of rest this entire month and stand at 8-2 overall and 8-1-1 ATS. But with 1 day of rest this year they are 3-8 (overall and ATS). Tonight they are on 1 day of rest and Bulls may have revenge on their mind and start a long road trip while the T-Wolves are off a nice comeback victory vs the Hornets @ home with a crazy 4th. They also start a pretty difficult stretch of games following tonights game vs the Bulls and tomorrow @ MIL (whos depleted now)

Calderon's assist-to-turnover ratio the last two games = 18-0. Dude is fucking flawless 'an_horse'
