I think there is a very good chance he goes this summer, Sherwood likes him and he would fit great in that system with the counter attack and being a focal point of attack. Could see 10+ goals next year out of him there.

I wonder if there's any truth to the rumor of him + 15m for Benteke, also saw today the Swans are after him

yeah had read that potential swap but apparently Benteke wants CL football which he wouldn't get from Pool either. However I honestly do think he will end up in a London club which means it's Arsenal or Spurs. Chelsea is out with the signing of Falcao

from what I have seen most think they are getting Ronaldo type 20+ goal scorer, which is insane at least for now

he will be solid but not spectacular, they already have someone like him on the bench in Janusazj who barely played last year

It's moves like these that often have me scratching my head...Inter must of given him some mad personal terms cause that team is just a mess.

LvG is a stubborn old coot, but so is Mourinho. I don't know sometimes I feel when a coach tries to bring in specific types of players that are based on nationalities in this case Dutch I always grow weary because what if LvG gets sacked? Restart all over.

Outside of Suarez, which high player with a high profile move from the Eredivise to the BPL actually did well?
 
Midfielders and defenders seem to do well but strikers are very hit or miss

Suarez, RVP, and RVN are the gold standard. Bony been good as well.

Alves, Kezman, Altidore, Luuk De Jong, Bryan Ruiz, Kalou have all been mostly or abject failures
 
ok question about Robben since he was another Eredivise transfer to BPL. When we look back at his career would you say his time at Chelsea/Real Madrid is a bust?
 
Verts had a great 1st year, bad 2nd, average 3rd

Eriksen was great last year 12 goals from midfield, something like 7th in the league in chances created. Year before he had a slow start because AVB couldn't pick a proper team, but still finished with 10 goals, mostly after December

the Ajax players seem to do better than PSV/Vitesse/Feyenoord/Twente

Alderweireld and Blind both been strong too, Vermaelan was good for a few years with Arsenal
