*** NFL Free Agency and Draft Official Thread ***

Someone put a mirror under Jerruh's nose to see if he's breathing. Boys have been too quiet this week.

All but guarantees Raiders/Jets for either the opening Sunday or Monday night. The story lines are too irresistible: AB new team, Burfict and AB history, Bell new team, Burfict and Bell history, Raiders last season as Oakland, new Jets coach, Chucky's 2nd year revamp, two top five picks on the field...

Probably Monday night, as you’d imagine the Pats will be on SNF since they’re not going to be in the Thursday opener as is usually customary. Maybe the Pats and Jets on SNF?

The only thing is that both the Jets and Raiders played on MNF last year Week 1, but it seems doubtful that will have any bearing on either of them playing on MNF again this year.

Oh that's right, 100 year anniversary so they may move Pats to Sunday night. Yeah that does put a different spin on things. Funny that Bears/Packers kicked off SNF last year as well.

Actually if they wanted two truly "original" teams, the only two with clear lineage from the original 1920 season are the Bears and the Cardinals. But they don't meet. Bears and Packers do have the two longest tenures with their current name.

Yeah, the Pats are definitely not opening on TNF. Not sure it’s been announced that they’ll be on SNF, but it seems to be the assumption of almost everyone that they will be.

Everything you say about the NFL is insightful

Bosa scrubs his social media in case he ends up in San Francisco. Guess SF peeps wouldn't like him calling Kap a clown.
