Agree w/ the 2nd part though part due to the market being out of whack this past offseason, no excuse to sign such a one dimensional player like Crabbe for 4 years $75 million. The Aminu deal is pretty solid in todays NBA. Don't forget the Festus Ezeli deal which looks like a complete bust and he is the reason the trade is being done.

First part though I completely disagree on, this draft is STACKED, and if that pick stays outside the top 10 the Trailblazers could be looking at adding a Miles Bridges or Ivan Rabb or Justin Patton to the roster. Nurkic is still on his rookie deal so Portland will have him cheap for the next 2 seasons as well and if he can become the defensive post presence they sorely lack that is a bargain...I just think he sucks on offense.

Do like bigs that can pass and will be interesting seeing if Plumlee and Nokic works on the court together.

Won't argue with your post on the picks. Instead, you've changed my mind and I agree now. Good point. It's not a FA destination and considering they wasted 35 million a year on 2 one dimensional players per year the only way you improve is trying to strike gold in the draft.

And I shouldn't have thrown the chief in there. Teams that had him, NO and DAL, have not been as good without him so that's a testament to his worth.
