He didn't jump on him to begin with, at least not before the ball got there. Slow motion made that look much worse than it was. That was as close to "bang bang" as you can get in real time.

The spot foul for PI really only sucks because of how subjective the call has become, and how horrible NFL officiating is. If it was officiated correctly all the time, make it a spot foul all day long...but it's become a bailout way more often than it hasn't.

Not necessarily, but sometimes...yes. That guy got the WR's neck a millisecond before the ball got there. It's much more pronounced when watching it in slow motion.

Well it was certainly close, but the rule in the NFL is a "buffer zone" of either 1 or 2 yards (can't remember, think it's 1 though) where it's not considered a pick. It looked like the pick occurred past 2 yds either way, but it was close.
