Indy looks just as lost as Cle... Cant imagine Cle loses 3 straight esp after that ugly loss yesterday where Lebitch sat... Not sure -8 but Cle ML in some type of parlay should be good
 
I think that Pacers su has as much chance as Cleveland -8, so Pacers +8 or su has bigger value

They've played twice this year with Cleve winning both by 4 & 5 so I agree with you on the +8 or nothing. Being embarrassed yesterday on road and then called out for lack of effort by a teammate will keep me off this game in front of the home fans though.
 
have to agree that cleve shouldn't be giving 8 to anyone that has a pulse these days...but they are a very unpredictable team...indy plus 8...yesterday was as much a good effort by the blazers more so than a bad effort by the pacers and pacers have lost a couple in a row (i think)...

jazz pace coupled with c's renewed effort on d (heat game) may keep this one under

potential opportunities with the nugs coming up.....played 10/14 on the road.....had two days to rest and get laid....now a 7 game home stand with no b2b, all one day in between.....they had an 8 gamer at home earlier in the year and they were in every game till the last one with atlanta....didn't check but it looks like they probably covered most of the games except atlanta

</section> Despite currently holding the eighth seed, the Houston Rockets should turn their attention to next season. With the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs towering over the Western Conference, Houston would gain more from throwing in the towel now than making a late push to enter the postseason as a lower seed.
Rockets general manager Daryl Morey may have tipped his hand at last week’s trade deadline. Rather than package some of his young assets and attempt to acquire someone who could help turn things around this season, he aimed for future draft picks instead. He made a deal with the Detroit Pistons that would send forward Donatas Motiejunas and guard Marcus Thornton to Motown in exchange for a top eight protected first-round pick.
Unfortunately, the trade was eventually voided due to Motiejunas’ back problems, and the team recently opted to waive Thornton. Morey also tried to move impending free agent center Dwight Howard, but couldn’t find a suitor willing to rent the 30-year-old big man for a couple months.
It’s the first time since Morey took over as GM that he left the deadline empty-handed. More importantly, Morey did nothing to improve a team that’s struggled to even play .500 basketball all year.
[h=3]Where Did It All Go Wrong?[/h] Initially, the Rockets’ early struggles were pawned off on former head coach Kevin McHale. The club got off to 4-7 start and ranked 29th in defensive efficiency, which led to McHale’s dismissal. However, as the season progressed, Houston’s flaws became more evident.
The team is 25-22 under interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff, who’s publicly criticized his squad’s questionable effort on multiple occasions. The defense has moved up just four spots since JBB took over, placing 25th with an efficiency rating of 106.2.
Injuries have also hindered the Rockets, as potential contributors such as Motiejunas, Patrick Beverley, Terrence Jones and Sam Dekker have all struggled to stay healthy. Meanwhile, Houston’s most recent additions, Josh Smith and Ty Lawson, have both failed to carve their niche with their new team. Lawson was benched in favor of Beverley just weeks into his Rockets’ tenure and is in the process of having his contract bought out. Meanwhile, J-Smoove is averaging just 6.9 points per game since coming over from the Los Angeles Clippers in January.
The main problem in Houston is the growing divide between its two biggest stars: Howard and James Harden. CBSSports’ Ken Berger, citing multiple league sources, recently reported that Harden put pressure on the Rockets’ front office to move Howard at the deadline.
While Rockets CEO Tad Brown claims there’s no truth to Berger’s report, this clip put Harden and Howard’s lack of chemistry on full display:
If Harden and Howard couldn’t get on the same page after nearly three seasons together, what makes anyone think they’ll start clicking in these final 24 games, especially as more light is shed on their fractured relationship? Additionally, the combination of Houston’s lost season, Harden’s alleged failed power play and Howard hitting the open market this summer makes for a potentially messy ending to an already disastrous season.
[h=3]Where Do We Go From Here?[/h] The biggest incentive for Houston to tank is the protection on its 2016 first-round pick. The Rockets keep this year’s selection if it falls within the first 14 spots. Otherwise, it belongs to the Denver Nuggets. Even if the incoming rookie doesn’t crack the rotation, he can still be valuable to the franchise as a future trade chip. If the Rockets can get themselves in position to snag someone like Oklahoma’s Buddy Hield, wouldn’t that be more worthwhile than getting swept by Golden State or San Antonio in Round 1?
Furthermore, Houston could use these last few weeks to get a good look at some of its youngsters. With both roster and coaching changes potentially on the horizon, this is a good opportunity to get some film on emerging talents who could help the franchise going forward.
With Thornton and Lawson on the way out, 20-somethings like Dekker, Clint Capela, Montrezl Harrell and K.J. McDaniels should figure more into Houston’s equation. The team would also benefit from getting a deeper look at Jones, who will be a restricted free agent this summer and could generate interest from suitors looking for a versatile power forward.
Off talent alone, Houston could easily will its way into the playoffs and put up a fight against the West’s elite. They gave a spirited effort in their latest victory over the red-hot Portland Trail Blazers, coming back from a 21-point deficit to win 119-105.
However, performances like that have been rare, and there’s little reason to believe Houston would be anything more than first-round fodder for the Warriors or Spurs.
The Rockets have always had a roster build to contend for a championship. They just haven’t bothered all season to live up to their potential.
Why should they start now?
 
League should make teams declare their line-ups at least 5 hours before every game.

rondo plays by his own rules most of the time...if a coach says he is going to sit him then rondo is more than likely to say "i'm playing" i remember when he was with the c's and they were battling miami in the playoffs and rondo injured his shooting arm bad and he couldn't even lift it and the next game doc announced in the middle of the day that rondo would not be playing and rondo texted doc "i'm playing" so funny and he did
 
Kings are one of the worst home dogs in the league. We shall see.

I honestly feel that Bron on huge and fast decline that will only be even bigger and faster next year.
 
The kings are a sorry ass defense. Their inability to close out possessions just leads to terrible outcomes on both ends of the court. Tonight they just got bumrushed in the 4th. Their problem is they don't have enough leaders to rally the team. Overs are the only way I could bet on their games here on out. Not sure why Karl left Cousins in the game after the 6:30 mark. Makes no sense.

Yeah, Kings defense is bad, especially when Cousins isn't engaged on defense, but the problem with Kaneter never was about his percentage. It was the shooting percentage of the players he is defending... :)
