Stupid live bets. I should just give up on that because it never works out for me.
Also, let me just say that Pinnacle's live betting interface is shady as fuck. They hang lines but you can't ever hit one without it changing on the conf screen. Its complete bullshit and just one of a number of shady tactics they have adopted. Can't believe how badly that book has gone downhill over the past few years.
Anyway, my numbers on this game call for a total of 206-211 so at 206.5 it falls right within my range. However, after watching the first international game of the day and seeing how it played out almost like an all star game with virtually no defense and the players just putting on a show, I think this game could end up that way also. Dallas tends to force a slow pace but against teams that play little defense they can turn that into a decent output. And Phoenix plays little D.

Shouldn't have made Memphis a 2 unit play. I think I was too focused on Houstons spot and not paying enough attention to the Grizz. They play a hard defensive style many nights and that, combined with their age and limited depth hurts them more than others on a B2B like they were.

Well don't I feel silly. I planned to take a couple of days off to clear my head and get back to it on Monday after the Stuporbowl. Then I check out the model results for yesterday and the plays they 'recommended' would've gone 4-0. Of course there's no guarantee I would've selected any or all of them for actual bets but still, when the models are clicking the way they are right now, I really shouldn't be taking days off.

Thanks Hugh. You nailed it...hard work. I am doing about 3-4 hours a day outside of watching games.
In the offseason I tried to figure out how much money I've made vs the hours I've put in over the past 5 years and it works out to about half minimum wage. Good thing I enjoy the ride.
