How do they not just intentionally/non-intentionally walk him every AB? Ichiro and Gardner are the only other two Yanks who should be starting an MLB game...
totally agree...not a good lineup these days, so far looks like Almonte has a decent bat...small sample though

bad pitching can make a bad lineup look good, though (McFarland)

agree...if Yanks are going to score against any LHP (and they've been abysmal) it'll be tonight (like Camden, also).

But... http://yankees.lhblogs.com/2013/06/28/pregame-notes-57/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

There is not a single team in Major League Baseball with a lower slugging percentage against lefties than the Yankees. They’re hitting .233/.306/.337 (and Cano is hitting just .230/.302/.363 against lefties this season).

looks like a very poor spot for pitt... 2nd day back from seattle... long successful road trip but pitt is 8-0 after an off day

Thanks cash, it was 138.5 though ...GL

Take away Norris 3 starts vs angels and barely worth mentioning his season. Angels hot but don't see the point in fadng houston.

Going to try the Rays ml 4u...I said it 2 weeks ago Detroit bats were cold and a funk may be coming but yeah pussed out and disnt bet it ....lol

Nats ml 6u and +1.5 5u ....don't like the under but like fading mets vs LHP

The thing about MacFarland you have to realize this is a rewqrd. Balt decided not to give Gausman the start and give MacFarland a chance. May mean nothing but there is some motivation here to be aware of

Same goes for webster he has to show well or he is mostly certainly done. It's not magic but he certainly is motivated

add
Washington-New York UNDER 6.5 (+110)
-need it to stay dry as the sky looks ominous, but this one drew the best under ump in the game and both lineups are weak. Doug Eddings should help Detwiler quite a bit and I'm not sure Harvey needs much based on his numbers this year. Missing Harper is big for the Nats as Roger Bernadina filling in for him is close to an automatic out. Pitchers shouldn't do much (unless Harvey gets involved) and there isn't much meat in either order.

Are there any strong #s to support an UNDER play in Game 2 after these guys go off for 30 runs in Game 1?

Inspekdah - I remember a Texas/Balty DH that had 2 mammoth scoring games. I don't perceive any great correlation, but I don't have any exact stats.

Good Luck today P2w. I'm kinda clueless as to who has what so hope we agree.

On the 2nd H total @ cws ....tone set by the SP don't think there is much of any relevant angle on DH scoring . Would see more how the game ends and w a quick start to the 2nd game leads to more of a continuation effect imo

Plus this was far from expected

Capuano success has been smoke-n-mirrors...

Plus mny focused on the 3 days rest for his last start but more telling is the start after imo..still dodgers hot and they have the cleqr edge vs a LH but philly or pass for me. That hit grei ke too

i know we both have tex, even if all oppo still wish you luck SN

Pretty weird I actually have no action on just about all your stuff. Have rays ml and nats lotherwise on the sidelines. GL
