Who graded them?

I always love the draft day grading....you can't possibly know for a few years in many cases. Not saying this is the case with Manuel, just in general. It's completely ludicrous.

It may very well be. Just telling you how it played out. They did more homework than anyone in the league on QBs would be my guess.

I don't doubt he busts. The Bills are horrible in the front office, Buddy Nix is a joke. It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that Nix wanted Manuel because he's black and Buddy figures he can run the read option (whether he can or not).
 
Also, can I just say, if Luke Johnson is bad Smoke's head is going to explode and I may lose my shit.

And in classic idiot fan fashion, I actually have no idea who they should have drafted instead, I'll just want to be angry.

All I can ask for is a guy with a chip on his shoulder. He played like shit in NC game but I'm not going to judge him solely on that. He makes plays.

One more thing about the pick...they did add 2 draft picks in this draft by trading down (giving them 8), so they felt they had flexibility to maybe take a reach. They needed a QB and weren't shy about that....this is the guy they liked the most. Nassib made much more sense due to familiarity alone, but that has to say something about what Marrone thinks of Nassib as a pro.
 
Man, Alex Flanagan draws the assignment of going to Hawaii to sit there and wait for T'eo to be drafted. How choice is that.

Tavaris Jackson and Kevin Kolb.

Yow. TJ in the house. That's a tough top three QB rotation in Buffalo right now.

That said, if you can coach 'em up, Kolb may be able to get you a couple of decent years.
