Teed if I could just hang from a bar for a few hours it would be a helluva workout

I'm 5'9" built like a wrestler/boxer but hoops was my sport...trying to stay athletic into my 60s, at 43 still feel 30 at least but bulking up is just not good
 
I did try the new quarter pounder, it sucked

Fast food other than Arbys and in n out pretty much blows

Can't help a late night taco craving occasionally tho, they happen
 
Just talked about yoga w/a gal last night...never done it but would be great and probably should start
 
I eat at 5 guys and think I may die of a heart attack after , good food though .. salt overload at that place
 
I don't really know what plyo is

All strength training I do involves body weight only, no need for accessories...gym is for cardio only
 
plyo is a lot of jumping, it kills my arches

I rock Tony Horton youtubes, cardio and yoga then basketball whenever i can
