Really interested to see what line would be made in Indiana - Miami game. I'm hoping for -2 for the Pacers at the most (PK would be just amazing to see).
Both teams in a slump, but Heat won their last game, while Pacers lost it.
Heat played one of the worst games I seen them play all year, but LeBron said some BS about they stood behind their comments and proved that they are not all talk.

Portland shot 7 from 34 from three point at some point of the game, with Lillard, Batum and Mathews missing a lot of absolutely open three point shots. Heat got amazingly lucky.

Pacers should win this one I believe.

Detroit's Over bias sitting at 65.7% (46-24) -

36-9 to Over (80%) when they've conceded at least 100 pts.
15-10 to Under (60%) when they've conceded 99 pts or less.

--------

Cleveland is 11-6 to Under this season playing a road game off a SU win. Their only previous game in Detroit (won 93-89) this season was off a SU win.

I like Memphis today. The line is high, but they still need to collect wins and they are playing a team that they won by 10 points twice this season already - in tougher spots for them.

Things that immediately put me off Mempiss -

- Utah has 1 ATS win in their L7 games: vs. Mempiss.
- Utah is 4-2-1 ATS this season playing a home game off a SU home loss.
- Mempiss has only once this season won 3 straight games by 10+ pts. Entering Weds. they've won their last 2 by 10+.

Mempiss has GS & POR on deck, 2 teams just ahead of them in the Conf. standings. Can't see them caring to waste energy blowing Utah out, so that'll mean the same thing we saw vs. Minny. Scrubs will get used often, and any sizable lead will yo-yo. Utah off a bad 20 pt home loss, think they'll have more stomach to stick around than what Minny cared to show. IMO if Mempiss covers, you're talking about it coming down to the last minute kinda BS.

Boston as a 1.5-4.5 home dog this season -

vs. teams with losing SU records
3-2 ATS
3-2 to Under
98.0 ppg for
99.0 ppg against
200.5 avg. line

vs. teams with winning SU records
2-6 ATS
6-2 to Under
88.8 ppg for
94.3 ppg against
195.0 avg. line

All 13 games were covered by the SU winner.

Some early morning random thoughts on tonights games.

- Celtics rested, Raptors seem to start slow - maybe 1st half play on C's
-wiz/ Suns both teams need wins - they will both run but will they be efficient - maybe 1st half over - last game of mini trip for suns, have played a lot of games in the last 2+ weeks
- Detroit - 1st game back from 4 game roadie- can't be trusted... good win by the "indians :)" last night, maybe the tigers 1st half over..
- Brooklyn/Hornets - marcus thornton (as I said) has had the biggest trade impact so far. not just from the bench but scoring in general - plumlee playing well allows them to run a little more, but will they vs the bobcats/hornets/jordans... (BTW i still have a Rex chapman hornets t-shirt)....what does charlotte want to do? win.
- Hawks/Twins - hawks need the win to keep pace for playoffs (no korver) - but have no defense...twolves bench can't score, if only they had a PG that could make a jump shot??
- Clippers/Pelicans - Clippers have pace and score- thats what they do and they have a bench to keep it going.... this game i have interest on all kinds of totals.. oh by the way-- look at what the Pelly's do in the 2nd half for scoring..
- Indy/miami -which teams show up tonight,,, will by on colts - and probably their total - espn game
- Nuggz/Spurs - expect everyone to be back for the spurs (maybe 1 person to rest) - do the spurs score 65 in the 1st half then relax?
- kings/knicks - why wont the kings beat them?? knicks have no pride basically done with playoffs.- kings playing with a little bit of heart but isiah is ? for this game..
- grizz/jazz- tough road trip for grizz coming up- jazz have enough bigs to bang with with grizz, burks being out for jazz is big, dont have much scoring after him... btw-- one of my larger plays will be Monday the 31st vs. nuggz (if injuries and other situations play out)

again -some random thoughts

thoughts, questions, concerns?

No idea what to think about Miami/Colts, lol. I think the game matters more to Indiana and that was the mindset I had with these matchups earlier in the season. But I'm thinking Miami starting to try to turn it on and will show up. Probably a no bet for me until the game and will get involved live.

On the Raptors and Suns myself. Raptors burned me last night so hoping they reverse it tonight. Hoping the Suns finish the road trip strong. How the majority of a road trip has gone for them usually plays out in final game of it this season. They are hot, I'll take my chances.

Refs in Sacramento clearly point to Knicks and Under (especially Knicks)
Also give small advantage to the Suns

If Allen is out, I'm on the Pacers big. He was the only player that actually came to play the last month.

Locked is Spurs fairly big. So far Suns average.
Spurs reluctantly covered vs Philadelphia.
No reluctance vs Denver, 10-1 ATS run
Big edge in rest and health. typical Pops smash to weaken resistance at Denver.
1 added point. Spurs ATS covers have frequently been by 2 or 3 points. Not an accident at all I believe

I would love to hear Tuck's thoughts on the Suns tonight. Last game of a road trip and playing 3 of 4 but they have done this I believe 5 times on the road and have gone 3-2 ats. With Dallas and Memphis winning I really want to take them again tonight. Talk to us Tuck.

Not much to say. Suns won last game by 7

10-2 ATS record
Triple revenge
1 days rest 27-10 ATS record
Nene out has weakened Washington
Washington as a 2 or less dog at home 2-3-1 this season
Washington 1-3 this season at home after a loss of 0-4
They have not established a real home field edge
They will try but Suns need it more and have more fire power.
Refs 13-23 for home dogs.
About it for now except I do like the days of week a little.

Regarding Indiana game my standard play has been under in the 4th quarter which i have cashed with 4 in a row. 46.5 total. 3 somewhat over refs. 2 teams that seem fairly crazy. I will play it again but for less but against this 46.5 the last 4 in Indiana went under. Your call

Wade playing? I'm seeing probable and would think he plays with the magnitude of the game.

He went through a shoot around today I would think yes but it's the NBA with no injury rules so it's a daily guessing game and at the end of the season it's worst. If I hear more I'll post

Dwyane Wade (left Achilles strain) went through Wednesday's shootaround and is listed as a game-time decision vs. Indiana.

He also practiced on Tuesday and his status depends upon how sore his Achilles is during pre-game warmups. Wade has missed three of Miami's past five games, but whenever he takes the court he belongs in fantasy lineups, as he's still averaging 19.3 points on career-best 54.6 percent shooting this season.

There trying to catch Toronto for a home series

Deron Williams (illness) is a game-time decision to face the Bobcats on Wednesday.

He was not at shootaround and there is a legitimate chance he sits out in a big road game. Williams has stayed remarkably healthy considering his track record, playing in every game since Jan. 16. If he can't go Shaun Livingston will handle the ball more while Paul Pierce should have more on his plate.

Wiz - 1st game back from 4 game road trip.. similar to magic yesterday (though tblazers were playing b2b)

Brian Roberts (knee), Eric Gordon (knee) and Austin Rivers (illness) will not play on Wednesday vs. the Clippers.

thanks. the line went from Indy -1.5 to -2.5 on my book. it's got me wondering if he's gonna play. we'll see.

Gary Neal will not play against the Nets on Wednesday due to ankle and knee issues.

Wow. I'll take it.

George Hill has lost me money at the stripe, tonight he gave some back.

Still annoyed at that call on the Wade 3.

Good win I guess. West travels and hits the three. That's the difference in the game. Heat will win game 4

I assume Miami covered the spread whatever it was. The 4th quarter went under by 10.5 and I am starting to lose count on the 4th quarter wins

That but this was the catalyst. Called outta bounds by McCutchen (Indy 5-0 SU last 5 vs the Heat under his whistle)...

It's just crazy how the heat covered. If they fouled when they were supposed to the cover most likely wouldn't have been possible. George hill missing those two FTs just isn't supposed to happen. We always remember the mooses but the ones that go our way are easily forgotten.

something to follow:
will the game 4 between these 2 mean anything to Indy (or miami) as far as standings go
