JJ had both the worst and best breaks on the course yesterday. Hitting the pin on 2 and watching it suck back 50 yards almost melted him away. But he somehow regained enough composure, even after bogeying 3, 5, and 6, to par 7, 8 and 9. I defy you to find another card from this week that bogeyed 2, 5 and 6 but parred 7,8 and 9. Then the break really allowed him a chance to reset himself.
But I don't think you can find a better break than having your playing opponent show you the line and speed on a 60 footer in the rain to win the Open. The golf gods paid him back for that disaster at #2.
