Training Days: Rolling With The Tide

Pretty much a regular
Excellent show on ESPNU.

It's an all-access behind-the-scenes look at the coaches and players as Alabama starts preseason practice.

Very impressive to see how organized Saban is and the methods the staff uses. Also show Saban addressing the coaching staff in meetings and then a lot of the on-field practice. Saban manages with ease to be tough, demanding and likeable all at the same time.

None of the kind of scumbag behavior Durkin has brought to Maryland.

And Raekwon Smith is a monster. One of the biggest, most muscled up guys I've ever seen.

I loved seeing the 6” binder containing the game plan for 2011 Arkansas in the background during the coaches meeting.

Speaking of the lake house segment, read somewhere that Saban said the only player he hasn’t been able to flip off the tube was Terrence Cody

Is Saban's house and grounds as imposing in person as it looks on TV, Cavs? It looks like a grand mansion that would cost 25 million in California.

Did you go inside? If so, what's it like?
