UTEP moved it better on Arkansas than Texas did in the bowl game.
TCU good offense? check

It makes zero sense that the horns cannot field an offense with all the facilities, all the money, a great city to recruit to ... none.

Don't have a clue how you can judge the Charlie Strong hire as long as Swoopes is the QB, it makes zero sense and I sure as fuck hope he can recruit better than that, but it's year 2 with that QB

Mack Brown left the program in awful shape which is a shame considering Texas has one of the best recruiting pools. Shows how out of touch Mack was at the end relative to guys like Sumlin that got many of those better recruits when they were going head to head in Mack's last season.

The offensive woes predate Strong but the program is well behind the times in offensive scheme.

It boggles the mind how many great QB's the horns have passed on to end up with who they have had the last five years. They brought it up in the broadcast last night but barely even got to the tip of that iceberg.

Being held to a TD or less in 5 of your last 14 games in not acceptable in modern football. There is no excuse for it when you have a team loaded with 4 and 5 star recruits that consistently produces nfl talent. And this is with their defense playing decently in most of their games for the first half (and then they tire).

Well if you are an offensive player in the great state of Texas and can go play in Briles offense, Sumlins offense, Kingsbury's offense, Pattersons offense, Gundy's offense, Stoops offense or what the horns do, what are you going to pick? If you want to play smashmouth then Texas loses the guy to LSU. You have to adapt to the times because the recruits know what is what.
