Early lean to Suns. If you look at the 2 teams you definitely see edges for NO in several categories such as fewer turnovers and better 3 point shooting but I am not sure as to how real those are. When they won at Memphis Randolph was missing most of the game and when they beat LA LA was playing b-b sans Nash off a big win. Suns have a better record and have played well vs much better competition. If Dragic plays will certainly play them and may any way. Bottom line its a good test for the 2 teams and you have to expect NO to play a good game here but playing at home on 2 days rest they lost to the Suns and were rebounded so my early conclusion is the spread should be pick here or Suns minus 1.
Honestly doubt that i play the Suns without Dragic or good refs. If I am correct and the true spread should be pick or Suns minus 1 that is not a big edge and I might be biased.
May be a chalky day. Spurs and Minn both playing with major revenge and both the better teams. Washington not obvious at the moment but not really a team I can trust. Spurs---OKC. Minn all playing with revenge.

Happy hippo picks yesterday

Bucks +3 -108
Clippers +4 -105
Clippers-Rockets OVER 213.5 -103
Grizzlies -2.5 -105
Jazz +8 -101

Can sort of understand the Bucks pick
Jazz not so much

Orlando down by 1 with 3.03 left in the game did not interest her

I really don't get how Lakers can be dogs at home, after owning Minny for so many seasons, even when they had depleted roster, they still won...

Spurs should win, but it's hard to bet on Knicks losing third straight at home.

Over in LA should be money. Rubio and Nash should really play high tempo game...

The question is if it's good or bad news that he returns (for his first game back).
I think it's good news for the Knicks, but it still won't help them tonight.

If Bargnani's ready to contribute on a nightly basis, I would say it's a good thing; if not, it's just going to be JR and Melo taking all the shots without any secondary scoring.

Prediction Machine NBA
LA Lakers +3.5 57.9
Washington +9.5 57.6

Prediction machine has been fairly good over time.
No mention of Suns. Can see why honestly. Suns have gone a long time without an ATS loss

[h=2]WIZARDS AT THUNDER, 7 P.M. ET[/h] November 10, 2013 · 5:51PM
TV: League Pass

  • Thunder backup forward Nick Collison is out tonight with a bruised left hip. Backup point guard Reggie Jackson has also been battling a bruised hip and a sore lower back but he will play.
  • Oklahoma City’s bench, a concern coming into the season, has been a strength so far. The Thunder’s reserve unit is shooting 48.5 percent from the field to rank third in the NBA and is holding opponent reserves to 37.6 percent which is also ranks third.
  • Thunder forward Serge Ibaka has at least nine rebounds in all five OKC games this season, the longest such streak of his career. Rookie center Steven Adams picked up his first double-double at Detroit Friday night and now leads all rookies in rebounding (6.8 rpg) and field goal percentage (59.1). He is second blocks (1.2 bpg) and seventh in scoring (7.0 ppg).
  • All five Wizards starters tonight are averaging at least 14 points a game and Washington has scored at least 100 points in four of the first five games this season, the first time that’s happened since the 2006-07 season. However, the Wizards have also allowed all five of their opponents to score more than 100 points and opponents are shooting 49.4 percent against them overall (last in the NBA).
  • Wizards guard Eric Maynor returns to OKC tonight where he played for a couple of seasons.
