Stern Basketball Association Draft In-Game

Pelicans raped Philly. Philly clearly going to go for worst record in history this year as the pick is top 5 protected. So lowest it will be is 4th and hornets will get their top pick in 2015. This team of MCW and Noel will not score, at all. They have no chance at covering half their games and should be an auto fade... Even with their 15-20 point spreads they'll be getting. This year has the potential to really reveal from shady tanking as everyone wants Wiggins. Bobcats, Celtics, 76ers, Blazers if they trade LA, Atlanta, Milwakee, etc could all have gutted rosters with no capable nba starters at more than 1 or 2 positions.

Exactly, i dont ever recall this many teams outright tanking for for a draft that was a year away since maybe Bron.

i can smell a new lottery style system in the future.

It seemed like even last year that teams were gearing to go hard in the 2014 off season. There will be a lot more top free agents available and the heats run will hopefully be over

Philly won the night imo, you guys are looking at what Philly will be next year as if the new gm's goal was to improve the 2014 team. The team went from perpetual mediocrity to a full-on, clean reset with 2 lottery picks (maybe wiggins) in a LOADED draft. They also picked up 2 guys who may be good in the future as well, their moves were perfect imo.

its all about this kid...

and dont forget, just cause you tank doesnt guarantee #1 pick

think back to Celtics and the ML Carr tank program to get Duncan....DOH

Worst pick of the draft?

#49 Eric Murphy by the Chicago Bulls

Maybe they will prove me wrong, but I watched ALOT of Gators games and Murphy is no where near NBA calibre...Novak would make this guy look like a chump in EVERY aspect of the game. I say this because Murphy's game has been compared to Novaks pre-draft. Murphy won't be able to keep up in Summer League, Practice, or the d-league. Cya in the Japan BJ league there Murphy.
