I guess that works similar to our doctors up here who take appointments, they get paid per visit, like family docs or specialists

actually this is another point (I probably wont actually go to Europe in Dec - I'm dead broke), my S. VP was just complaining about how too many people take off during the holidays. As a boss I'd rather people take off weeks at a time in the summer at seperate times than have everyone try to take off a week at the same time at the end of the year.
