Love this to see how things shake up. Spurs routine win, next big game in 2 weeks time vs Chelsea very interested to see what team the field vs Aston Villa on the 24nd for League Cup, see how strong the 2nd team is considering it's 2 days after Cardiff game on 22nd
Arsenal can hold top 2 spot for awhile, real big test comes vs Pool but that's in Oct 2nd however that trip to Swansea end of the month might be interesting, also game vs Stoke because they usually hate playing physical sides.

exactly, when look at the game I knew Atl Madrid would score but was nervous about how their D could actually hold Almeria to a clean sheet. If their totals are around 2.5 or 3 overs for me. I really doubt they will keep a clean sheet at all this season
 
So after almost 4 weeks of play, the so-called best league in the world: 11-26 O/U 2.5, 1.97 goals per game, and 17 of 37 games with one goal or less.

from intuition, before has more goals and after less. someone should have a blog post about that with data

Well, international week might have something to do with it, but when 11 teams are averaging less than a goal per game... Maybe it has something to do with a lot of really poor defensive teams getting relegated the past few seasons as well (Reading, Wigan, Wolves, Blackpool).

At the same time, international week doesn't really explain why scoring is still maintained in the other countries like Germany, Holland, Italy, etc...

Hopefully it picks back up at some point...
 
Sevilla got totally fucked out of a goal vs Barca. no idea why they disallowed it.
