Nice piece from Tom Noonan about how the Stewards decisions are still a joke, despite their new policy to post explanations of their thinking. They took down a $28 horse last week that screwed Play2Win big time and their explanation (besides referring to the wrong horse #s) doesn't explain at all why they did it.
