Always wondered if some of these senior umps feel slighted to be sent to NYC for replay in the middle of a series, or if they just chill out and drink beer or something

5pm local start time and temps right around 100 and zero wind. I recall Chavez Ravine has some sun issues around this time (although later October may not have the same problems as in the middle of the summer). Anyone got insight on the shadow/sun issues in this ball park? Also, 100 degrees may be tougher on the pitchers.

No plays so far, but my initial lean is Astros +.5 1st 5 +100. Thought being that both pitchers should be on point and I'd hope to get out of the 5th with the game tied or possibly up a run on Kershaw's nerves in a post-season start.

Interesting I've always considered him an over guy but tbh didn't even pay attention this year, those numbers pretty much object to that notion. Wonder if it was just this season, that whip is certainly low.
