Personal thoughts: gambling and Fantasy make up a big part of ratings. Now ..the NFL ratings are such that a loss of that segment wouldn't crush the league do to the sheer amount of people that watch.

This is an interesting debate...and I think that what we are seeing more of(imo) is people gambling now. The segment of newbs out there that do not even know what they are betting on is scary. I think a lot of average NFL fans are learning on the fly.

We really got different things from this. The whole article is about the people that bet and watch and how much of the viewership is because of gambling and how the growth is continuing as states legalize gambling.
