Monday August 26th MLB Discussion

Russell Martin is out for a while Will Smith probably catches
5.40 ERA with May 3 games. Lauer on 6 + 1-4 5.46 ERA He is essentially very talented and specializes in beating the Dodgers.
Dodgers Monday 6-7 Padres 7-7
No idea why the Dodgers always give Kershaw his worst catcher but assume serious steam today

Cards 10-2 on Monday Wainwright on 4 5.44 away 3-6 ERA 6-64 very good in the day this is night. I believe 3 straight wins in Milwaukee. Doubtful he wins today but ?

Teheran seems to be a win lose pattern last 6 games. Last game was a win. Last 4 at Colorado 1-3 winning last time but giving up 6 runs?

This kid from Rockies pitched well first game. He’s not a legit big leaguer and I suspect regression. Julio could be hit hard today.

Both pitchers 2-0 records
Gio 33.1 innings 2.41 ERA Wainwright 4.79 ump mild homer but more on bigger spreads
big over ump

Wendlestedt 11-9 over, 1.50 whip in 2019.

Both pitchers in excellent form, lean to under but don't like Wendelstedt behind the dish too much.

Wainwright horrendous road splits, good over ump in Marquez.
Roof expected to be closed, rain/showers.

Yankees are -200 favorites in Seattle tonight... New York is 6-0 as a road favorite of -200 or greater this season, winning by 5.3 runs per game

Gray is 6-1 with a 1.58 ERA over his last 10 starts

Lopez was 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA, 23 strikeouts in 25 innings over four starts before landing on the IL

When the Total is 7.5 or less for Marlins home games since 2018, the Under is: 44-19-4 (69.8%)

  • Pablo Lopez (shoulder) could rejoin the Marlins' rotation next week.
The Marlins haven't decided whether he'll make another rehab start or be thrown back into the rotation. Lopez tossed six innings of one-run ball for Triple-A New Orleans on Wednesday in his last rehab start. He has been out since mid-June with a shoulder injury.

I went over in Miami with Sonny 11-3-1 career to the over indoors and Miami .737 to the over in G1 at home this season. Got an o7 juiced 17 cents..

Keller went 6.0 innings and allowed 0 runs last start. He might be overdue for some runs allowed. It just sucks he's on extra rest; hasn't been a lucrative "over" spot for KC. And Keller is .680 to the under in his starts this season, thanks to the average of 3 runs of support he gets per game, plus Royals have only scored 83 runs in August so far (30th MLB).

Romaine is listed catcher today for based on 5 games he and Happ have a 9.25 ERA Happ on 4 and 6 has a 6 ERA moderate over ump

It's no secret that Mariners have been the most-profitable team for overs, but G1 in particular has been where it's at. Mariners 31-8-3 (.795) to the over in the first game of the series this season.

I don't know. Been studying this total in Seattle too long I think. Just watched the Yankee F5 team total go from o3.5 +120 to o2.5 -135. Is anyone else out of the lineup besides Didi? I think it was kind of a given he wouldn't be in there after taking that plunking from Kershaw last night..

Might wait on the total until after Wisler gets done. And then just bet it live. Last time Wisler allowed a first inning run was 2016
